Never had a smooth onboarding and off boarding process in renting my entire time in the UK till I came across these guy, liked of kelly, simon & others are very responsive, kind and generally amazing people. I’ve been renting my flat through Henry Wiltshire for about 7 years now and I’ve had a very good experience in general and great experience since Kelly engaging with me after an issue that caused me to complain. I have come to trust Kelly’s advice as she does tend to make me a better landlord. She keeps a balance between needs of the Tenant and Landlord which leads to a good relationship between the two.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Renting through Henry Wiltshire has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This agency is completely negligent, unprofessional, and only cares about collecting rent—not about their tenants’ health or well-being.

My apartment had a severe mold problem that seriously affected my health, and despite countless complaints, they refused to do anything about it. They ignored my emails, dismissed my concerns, and basically left me to suffer in an unsafe, unlivable environment. Their lack of care and responsibility is appalling.

It’s clear they prioritize landlords over tenants and will do everything in their power to avoid fixing issues, no matter how serious. Their customer service is non-existent, and once they have your money, you’re on your own.

I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential health risks—DO NOT RENT FROM HENRY WILTSHIRE. They are nothing but scammers who take advantage of tenants while refusing to uphold even the most basic standards of property management.

Jason he is the best that I could find the person like him he help me to get the flat as an first time buyer and he gave me advice to successfully bought my first one . He deserve more than five star and also he is always ready to help me even he is so busy . Thank u Jason god bless you .

I recently bought a flat from Henry Wiltshire and the team helped me every step of the way. I am quite new to selling property and I was glad that the team rallied behind me to sell my property with no hassles. I even received more than I originally asked for!
