Great and Friendly Service
Quick shipping, very good customer service, and an all-around friendly and supportive atmosphere based on their web presence and informational material - very welcoming to newbies, but doesn't shy away from the technical stuff. Highly recommend, and will be returning soon.

Resposta da Herbaleyes CBD Flower UK
As you stated you chose the uninsured shipping option which is untracked so we don't usually ship out replacements when they're lost. We clearly state this on the shipping page. We're in disbelief that you've left this review as we did offer to send you another one but instead you've chosen to leave this review.
The incorrect item was sent to me…
The incorrect item was sent to me however after contacting them, they sent a replacement the very next day. They even sent 4 of the product instead of 3 as a good will gesture 👍
