1 star because I can't give less, Lush Lips plumping lip oil that is not oil at all! Water based gel that dry my lips even worse. Doesn't work for me and they know why.
When I email them, first offered me a 15% refund! Not being agree with this miserable "offer" they doble it to 30% and I get to keep the product that doesn’t work for me. Scamers!!!

Do not order from this company as it is a complete scam. Items never arrived despite email updates saying it was being sent. Serves me right for ordering things from IG without any provenance.

Bought some Lush Lips plumping lip oil.
Not an oil. Some water based gel. Does not work. Not at all. Not even a small amount.
When I contacted them. They first offered me a 15% refund! So clearly, they are high.
They are now offering 20% and I get to keep the product hat doesn’t work.
I will be going to my bank and reporting the scam and have them take the full amount back.
I have gathered enough email evidence and screen shots of their Satisfaction Guarantee- you can return or exchange with 30 days- no questions asked- to satisfy my banks need for evidence that they are operating fraudulently.

Awful products. Had a severe allergy and only thing they said was apologize and we offer you 15% discount.
Beside, the CS is very rude as well!!!! Never again

This Lot are scammers.
I ordered Nano eye serum from them ,they charged me £27 plus 4 pounds postage.the exact same size nano eye serum is available on Amazon for £5.39 and eBay for £4.78 with free postage. It is almost impossible to return anything people need to be aware of this company.we are look at the legal position on what can be done. Lots of people have been ripped of by them
They use other company names as well.and selllots of different items. Never purchase anything from them.

I’m beginning to think this is a scam company! Ordered products from them only to have them get “delayed” after many calls, email and online chats the items were supposedly returned to sender. I have asked for a refund but I’m now getting told that they will not be refunding the delivery cost and will be deducting 15% handling charge and that I’ve to pay €15 delivery back to them for something I’ve never received??
To make things worse they then sent this “to save you time and avoid the hassle of shipping the product back, we can offer you a faster alternative:
An instant partial refund of 15%”
Please do not order from this company as you will either not receive the goods you ordered or will have to fight to get your money back.

You know when you've been SCAMMED, That horrible feeling, well that's exactly how you will feel if you waste £37 like i did on this hideous product. It does absolutely nothing, nothing at all to the lips. Infact Vaseline offers more at least it moisturizes your lips, this product is runny, ineffective & expensive. I complained to Herbionyx immediately & they add insult to injury by offering a 15% refund. I offered to return their product and requested a full refund but theyre response was to offer 20% - another insult.
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Bought Temporary eye tightener from this company. When I complained to their after-service person, Maya, that the product actually does not work, she told me that I can't sent it back as I have opened it. I actually bought 2 and then she told me that I will lose my postage and they will also deduct 15% of the one unopened bottle if I sent it back. They do not give after care like so many brands out there. Don't buy product. It is a scam
