Newsboy caps, Baker-Boys and Flat Caps are our signature and come in high quality wool mix tweeds with elastic trim for easy fitting and our leather brand tab. Received the gloves I ordered. As I had just been in Europe and bought some there, I knew that the quality of the product was wonderful. I clicked on the wrong button and got a pair I already had, guess I will have to place another order. Lol!

Pure wool acrylic shawls are overpriced rubbish
They sell a lot of items that look to be wool, marketed very well but are cheap over priced woollens.
I recently bought an acrylic shawl which fell apart after wearing once.
There is many quality products of pure 100% wool shawl on line like Glenloch Knitwear, which is 100% wool and British made and much cheaper.
I tried to return item, but staff were extremely rude and offered no refund. I have written to a director wh has not yet replied. Why a company would not stock British Wool is crazy and offer poor quality substitutes is beyond belief

We make sure to identify all 100% wool or wool mix items in the content section of each product page or on the label of each product we sell. We can't find an order from you on our web system or any communication to our Director but if you'd like to contact us at info@heritage-traditions.com and advise us where you purchased this and who you have spoken with we can see if we can resolve this situation. If an item you have bought through our website is faulty as you describe we will always replace or refund the item.
Good service, start to finish.
Item as described, prompt delivery and perhaps even more important, prompt refund when changed item for different size.
