Our clothing is made in Nigeria using 100% cotton Ankara, with women’s styles available in sizes S–4XL. We pay attention to the details that matter when getting dressed, from fit and comfort to practical pockets and cotton linings in many of our designs. Based in the UK, we serve customers internationally, dispatching orders from our UK and US fulfilment centres. Our team is here to help with choosing a size, finding a style or resolving a question about an order. Beautiful but not true to size
Let me first start off by saying that the dresses and short set I purchased are absolutely beautiful and so well made. The fabric quality is also really nice. I have to give 3 stars because of the sizing. I followed the size chart and looked at the American sizing to make sure I got the right size. I'm a size 16 at almost 6 feet tall. I chose the XL which is a UK 20 and a US 16-18 thinking there would be a little wiggle room but all 3 items were too small. I thought maybe I'd gained weight and didn't realize it but my aunt, who's between a size 8 and 10, put on reach outfit and they fit her perfectly. I don't know if my order was mislabeled or what but the dresses were definitely not a true US size 16-18. I can't return them because they came when I was on vacation and I didn't get back until after the 14 day return window for returns.

As you mentioned that another customer wearing the same size found the outfit fitted perfectly, we would like to check whether there may have been a sizing or labelling issue with your order. Although the usual return period has passed, please contact us at heritageclothingstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the size labels so we can investigate this properly and discuss how we can help. We would not want you to be left with dresses you cannot wear.

I stumbled upon Heritage while shopping…
I stumbled upon Heritage while shopping on ETSY. It was my lucky day! I have NEVER dealt with a company that notifies you when you have made an error placing an order such as duplication! When you contact them via email their response is almote immediate. Their clothes fit so well I have stopped trying them on upon arrival. I just hang them up because I KNOW they will fit.

Big fan
I’ve bought many dresses from Heritage Clothings and I love them: the bold, colourful patterns, the cuts that flatter larger women, the pockets, and the linings when needed. I found my size and it always fits. They have also given me good customer service, taking feedback, answering questions, and even querying when I double-ordered a dress by accident. Thank you, HC!
