We wanted to provide you with an update regarding your orders with us.

You currently have two orders with Heritage Eleven:

First order: This order has already been successfully delivered.

Second order: This order was dispatched on July 30th and is currently still in international transit.

The second shipment is progressing normally and remains within our estimated delivery timeframe of 7–14 business days after dispatch for deliveries to the United States.

We are continuing to monitor the shipment on our side until it is successfully delivered.

As previously agreed, we arranged a **replacement jersey in size 4XL**, and the replacement shipment was **dispatched on July 30th**.
