Always great products and service, super quick delivery at a fair price especially as I am based in Australia, these are the reasons that keep me coming back time after time when purchasing upgrades my classic VW.

Ordered 2 carb gasket kits! One arrived but one is on back oreder which is a shame otherwise good experience 👍

Good website and order process with comparable pricing. Good packaging and communication. Whilst expedited delivery was paid for, the courier used had delays in achieving the target. Luckily this did not impact on final timing.

Die thermoisolierten Matten für den T2 passten hinten und vorne nicht. Den Kundenservice konfrontiert, erhalte ich keine Rückmeldung. Die Retoure habe ich nun selbst bezahlt. Ich werde mich an PayPal wenden, um mein Geld erstattet zu bekommen.

On 3rd August 2026 I placed an order for some Beetle parts.

Some of the parts were on back order saying available in one week. I continued with the order as this would still be within my timescale for having the vehicle back on the road.

After still not seeing the back ordered parts yesterday (12th August 2026) I tried to look up a phone number for Heritage Parts only to find there is no customer service phone number and that customers have to email in their query and wait for a response within 24 hours.

Today I received a reply from Will T at Heritage stating that the goods were still on back order and my shock absorbers would be another 1-2 months (!!!) and my steering damper would be 2 - 3 weeks (!).

I asked Will to cancel these items and send me a refund only to be told that that it won't arrive back in my account for 7 - 10 days.

I am beyond frustrated with the service from Heritage and have ordered the parts that are in stock with Just Kampers and are being delivered tomorrow.

Be careful using Heritage, their website is not accurate, you can't call them and any refunds will take ages to come back to you - even if it's not your error.

Why give options for ‘Safe Place’ to leave if it’s just dropped ( yes dropped ) over gate onto drive. Luckily Starter motor survived and bus back on the road 👍🏽

Very bad experience with the last parts order, taking in account that the order was made last year in 2025 so preeaty bad !
The parts wear on back order for 4 weeks on the site soooo.... yeah thank you !
No update on the parts i paid for in 2025, only after a few emails i got an answer.
Im not a new client on the site, but this last order is the last one for me !

Always got what I need and very quick delivery

They carry good brands at good prices and ship out quickly. Here in Aus I am getting parts in a few days, with reasonable shipping prices. Everything has arrived fine and all parts have been correct.

Exactly as described - also answered my questions very quickly. Part was like new. Will use them again when something else breaks on the Landy ….
