I foolishly ordered a ladies necklace from this company.
When it arrived (from China) not only was it a cheap metal, it was tiny! Wouldn’t fit a doll.
I emailed customer services with photographs and measurements to prove my case, but to no avail.
DO NOT BE CONNED,
Do not order from these scammers.

Angry! More than angry! Order not received after 22 days and no reply to my enquiry for over a week.
Eventually "Anne P" replied saying nothing more than "sit back and relax".
Dreadful - as in a previous review here.

I ordered a bracelet for my wife from the website in size 23cms for £40 as part of an anniversary gift. When the item finally arrived it was the wrong size (Less than 19cms) and as a result didn't fit. I attempted to email customer services and received no response, tried again after 36 hours and eventually received a response over a week later. To my absolute amazement, despite them sending me the wrong size in error, they advised I would need to send the wrong item back to them in the USA at my own cost, before they would inspect the item and then consider a refund! Luckily I paid through PayPal and have started a case with them. I would suggest that this company IS NOT based in the US and can absolutely confirm that their customer services team are not in the US, based upon the poor English in the email I received from Princess the customer service manager.

Dealing with this company has reinforced for me that purchasing anything from an Instagram advert is probably not a good idea.

Avoid this company at all costs, if zero stars were an option I would have scored them zero.
