My business partner and I had a great game idea but were newbies to the business/product production world. Absolutely everything was difficult about our journey EXCEPT the manufacturing and delivery of the product to us. Hersh at Hero Time was an absolute godsend. He made the manufacturing and delivery SO EXTREMELY transparent, smooth and pain-free. He took care of product testing, the import process, and delivered an BEAUTIFUL product to us on time and worry-free. He took charge, keeping us updated regularly and provided support at every turn. I could not be more grateful.

Printing in a different country is scary, especially if you do it first time, but Hersh & HeroTime made it so easy and comfortable! They are honest, dedicated, want you to have success and are genuine and kind, which is what I look for. We had quite the ping pong of messages, nearly 100 of them at this point and they are always super helpful and willing to help. In a world of chaos, they are the order you can rely on.
In addition, in a tough industry, I've never seen a single company being so transparent about the prices (which are very competitive), the processes, the graphics requirements, the speed, the risks involved and even the well-being of employees. Oh... and obviously the quality is top notch! Needless to say, I am very happy with their service, especially after bad local experiences within my country and I would definitely recommend HeroTime for anyone who thinks of creating a tabletop game, and even more so if you are new to the field. I am confident my 'triple fun' bundle will be a big hit, and a lot of it is thanks to HeroTime, hopefully the first of many, many to come!

We used Hero Time for our second ever card game (Watch Hockey Get Drunk) and we needed lots of help since we were so new. Hero Time held our hand the entire way. Answered every questions and gave great suggestions that made our game better. And their price point is pretty great too!

They also handle all of the shipping. Just pay for shipping and it will arrive at your doorstep. No dealing with other companies just to get your game through customs. Easy peasy.

The quality of our game was excellent too, so that, combined with their great communication, means will we will using them for our future games as well.

When I found Hero Time, I was looking for a specific set of game pieces to go with our game rug. Hershel was attentive to our needs and was able to assemble exactly what we needed at a great price and made the whole process hassle free. Everything from lead time to payment terms was clearly communicated and if I had a question, Hersh was quick to answer...even when he was on vacation! He goes above and beyond to help. We have ordered several times now and I'm never disappointed in the product or service.

Hershel is a fantastic communicator and wants only the best for his clients. After working together for months we both determined our project was too complex to move forward. Our trading card randomization and unique foil requirements were not something they were familiar with or could easily do. That being said, Hershel made it possible for us to transition to another manufacturer and provided advice and key assistance along the way. He's most concerned with the success of his clients; I would highly recommend him for board game manufacturing.

It was a pleasure working with Hershel to produce boxes for our game. His guidance was invaluable in helping us figure out how to get our vision into reality. I look forward to working with Hershel and Hero Time in the future!

I would recommend Hero Time to anyone that's looking to have a game made. They made my Delta Destroyers board game for me and It came out great. Hero Time also made an injection mold for my river boat pawns and they came out exactly how I wanted them, and at a cost that was great. They get back to you quickly and do what they say. Hershel is so easy to work with. I highly recommend Hero Time.

Had the pleasure of working with Hershel and his team to manufacture our card game. We ran a Kickstarter that garnered over 5500 units so we placed an order of 10,000 initially.
Hershel's communication and prototyping phase was easy and straightforward. We did run into a tiny issue with our ask of custom rounded corners but ended up resolving it with default card corners.

I've been referring HeroTime to many new peers and people trying to launch their own card game after seeing the success of ours. Since then we sold out of our 10,000 and we placed another order of 25,000 units - where Hershel also helped navigate the unknowns of shipping/freight during peak pandemic time. He brought in various options to help keep our costs reasonable and got out units in time.

Again, I'd recommend their team for speed, quality, and reliability for manufacturing card games and board games.

We came across Hersh and Hero Time after wanting to create our own board game and reading comments that he had posted on board game forums. It was clear from day one that he had a real passion for the games he created and prided himself on amazing quality. After multiple video calls, we were able to narrow down our final designs with Hersh's professional recommendations and couldn't be happier with the finished result. Although we had a small hiccup with our first shipment and the dice being smaller than expected, Hersh went above and beyond to rectify this as soon as possible and couldn't have done more to help us. We had an excellent discussion. We discussed game board dimensions, and all the components. Mr. G is a very personable man. I now must examine changes the dimension of the game board and number of cards for the game and get back to him which I will do in a day or so.
