Bought a waffle polo shirt on Facebook,took my money and over a month later the 17 Track app says it’s been delivered and it hasn’t and they don’t reply to my e-mails.

Avoid Hewlets like the plague they are a SCAM company who take your money and you get nothing.

Same experience as the last persons 1 star review today. Scam. Think there will be a few more of these going up.

Scam do not use. Sent shipping link but after a month still no goods replied to email to start with. Now goods say delivered. No answer to email. Link to online shop also taken down.

I purchased a pair of adidas cargo shorts 5 weeks ago and after all this time I still haven’t received them, Hewlets have ignored my emails I’ve sent and I believe it’s quite obvious these rip off merchants have no intention of delivering my item but happy to take the money customers pay for them , I urge anyone to avoid these thieves!

Never recieved mens shorts ordered 2 months ago. No satisfaction from follow up. It is a scam.

I’ve been scammed to, ordered 2 pairs of men’s shorts after waiting a month, i was told they had been delivered but hadn’t received so emailed them and they said the courier had lost them so will resend with a free gift but nothing and now not answering emails. No other contact details

Do not order from this company scam did not recieve the goods or my money back how is this alowed.

Ordered men's shorts, followed lengthy tracking only to be told they'd been delivered, goods however not revived money taken and no response since.....100% scam.

Do not trust this company same has happened to me as it has others. Ordered polo shirts advertised on Facebook not received the goods after payment, please don’t fall for this scam. Facebook you should be ashamed for allowing this advertising

If this is the Hewlets who advertised on Facebook. Ordered 3 polo shirts £69 one month later still no delivery and they don’t answer my emails now. SCAMMERS !!!
They wouldn’t get any stars from me.
I blame FB they don’t make effort to vet the people who advertise on their platforms.

They have taken payment for my order, a month later I'm still waiting for goods and an answers to emails.shame you can't leave a review with no stars.

Don’t trust this company they have taken my money but I have not received my goods and they have stopped answering my emails.

This company is a scam. I ordered an item and chased the up for a month regarding delivery. Was even told it had been delivered. I asked for a refund and suddenly all the responses from email ceased. Avoid like the plague

If i could give them a minus star i would i bought a item from them im still waiting on them even tho they sent me a shipping list saying that it had been delivered and no communication from them i had to chase them from the 9/6/26 and now want a refund as it is now 15/7/26
