My experience has been unbelievably poor and very frustrating
My experience has been unbelievably poor to such an extent that I've asked for my money back. My overriding impression is what is known in Scotland as 'all fur coat and no knickers', in other words its a flashy website but there's no substance to it. If you have hours to spare you might be able to find someone to complain to like customer services but I had to resort to making my complaint to their new CEO as he seems to be the only person who is willing to provide any contact information. I wanted them to build me a website but I've now given up because it seems they are incapable of doing this. Avoid them or use them at your peril!!!
