Best pans ever! I am in love with new pans.. I noticed I have been cooking a lot since I owned these hexclad pans. Thank you! You make me love cooking more 🤩😍

Hexclad pans are the best I have over own. They are outstanding and heats evenly everytime. when I needed to replace 1 of them, I was amazed of their great customer service. Billy E was friendly and responsive and so committed to making sure I get my new pan. It's rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of care.

Will order the pots soon. 😊

I had an issue with my pan, the team responded very quickly to my emails. I had a new pan sent to me within a week. Can't ask for more.

Absolutely terrible experience – a complete scam.

Food sticks to the surface no matter what you do. It’s impossible to cook even a simple egg or warm up a small bun. Total disaster.

Returning the product is impossible. None of the links work, and I can’t even log in to my HexClad.eu account – it looks like it was completely deleted. When I tried to request a password reset, they sent me a recipe book instead.

This is an absolute scam. I paid €264 for a pan that’s worth €5 at best. Avoid at all costs.

Can’t even use “Lifetime warranty”!!!!

Bei solchen Adressen, wenn dann nur mit Verkäuferschutz kaufen, der Zahlungsdienstleister kann nach seiner KYC Verpflichtungen den Verkäufer/Geldempfänger nennen.

Worse purchase ever and just a BIIIIIG LIE, this advertisement. The pan is indeed practicle as you can use a metallic spoon in it, fine, but the pan isn't even flat, and the non stick is the worse I have ever seen, even IKEA pans for 15€ have a better non stick.

I am sooooo far from the advertisement that I can't believe a public figure like Ramsay would put his face on it...so I guess there is maybe a problem with my batch. However, I sent a complaint 1 week ago and 0 response...what is that??? The biggest scam of a star chef so far? 200€ for the crapiest product and 0 accoutability...I just can't believe it.

So the email to customer service was maybe not enough pressure, now I try trust pilot, if no answer in the coming days I go on all social media to denounce this scam and protect future consumer.

I sent several emails about this and nothing done. So I use my time to post negative comments on social media. I am not the only one. I ordered 23rd of november and FedEx don't respond on anything. Yeah they deliverd to a person C. Hristelle, where and when and who is this person?

Brief description of what we can assist you with: A order shows deliverd, but items are missing. HCEU64321. 6.6 litre pan, 5litre pan and the 35cm wok, 3 pots of the 13 peace set is also missing. The order id from NOVEMBER 2024.
And you want assist me!? Then sent the missing items before Christmas or do a REFUND!!! This is robbery until now. Do not buy there! I can not recommend this company. My loss is 1300€

In the end they came with a fantastic solution for all the troubles!! A Happy Ending is reached!!

In my case, stopped to be non stick as fast as usual non sticks and was thrown away.
