What a lovely company to deal with!
What a lovely company to deal with - the customer service is second to none. Unfortunately, the bathrobes didn't fit and so I sadly had to return them which was a shame as they were so soft and gorgeous colours. HforHammam's customer service couldn't have been more kind in helping me change the order to a set of towels and dispatching them the same day! I know this will be my go-to supplier of soft Turkish Hammam towels for our campervan. They are just ideal as a quick-drying, space-saving solution to avoid heavy wet traditional towels. Plus, they look beautiful, what's not to love.

Their communication was excellent, they offered a solution and also refunded me within days
They kept me informed all along the way

I bought 3 hammam towels after being recommended this company and they are such good quality! Beautiful products and such a lovely company to deal with- amazing costumer service! Very fast delivery (I ordered Saturday night and received my delivery Wednesday morning (as standard delivery)). I would recommend to anyone and will definitely order again!

Item not received and no idea when its coming as there is no tracking information on the email confirmation.
I did receive my item 1hour later and I also received 2 rude patronising emails from them. I stand by my one star review as their attitude and rudeness in the emails to me was very unprofessional.

The towel is lovely- it took a while to arrive ( l blame Yodel) but was well worth waiting for. The packaging was lovely too- especially the little ceramic eye.
