I booked and paid for a 30-min massage with Mariah from 2:45-3:15.She came downstairs to get me at 2:50 and apologised for being late. I didn't make an issue of it because I assuemd I would still receive the full 30 minutes I had paid for, but that wasn't the case.
I received closer to 20min due to the therapist starting late and still finishing at the original time. When I raised it,I was dismissively told it was 30min,which was simply not true based on the timing. Very disappointing experiance .

Fantastic information brilliant for having to look at get ourselves and our beauty needs while in lockdown x it will be nothing like you pampering me but I’ll do my best to follow your tips making your job a bit easier when able to visit in person x x
