I love how lightweight the case is, but it still gives solid protection. It doesn’t make my phone feel bulky at all, and it fits perfectly. Plus, the buttons are super responsive, and the raised edges give that extra peace of mind for screen protection.

Still hasn’t shipped after 3 weeks
Ordered a “new” case 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I contacted support but they never got back to me. It says on their website that they usually ship orders after 2 business days but then it says in other places on their website that it takes 7-15 business days. It’s the 15th business day for me and still no shipment.
Update: It shipped a day after I wrote this and got here about a week and a half later. It came from China. I can’t really say that I love the phone case. The sides are distracting and the back isn’t as awesome as the pictures on their website.

Takes forever to ship. No customer service
Customer Service never answered my requests. Order Number not available on website link.
Update: received a shipment number 20 days after putting the order. Let‘s see if product arrives.
Update: Parcel arrived finally (34 days after placing the online order)
Product itself looks okay, but nothing special. Would not order again.

It seems like a scam
Terrible customer service and the product NEVER arrived. It’s said that was delivered on my mailing room but it wasn’t. I try to reach out but they don’t answer. It feels like a scam at this point.

Awful company
Phone case arrived dirty with marks on the case. They only partially shipped out the order, part of the order was missing and they refused to give a refund.

Been over 10 days still no sign of it…
Been over 10 days still no sign of it shipping, haven’t replied to my messages on instagram and then when I commented on a post asking them for an update they delete the comment and same again a few days later!
