Everything was on time. The process was very well explained to me. The hearing test was itself very modern, no black box. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The session was very informative
The session was very informative, not pushy, empathetic, and suggested how I can maintain heathy hearing as I get older. I have attended a goodly number of live concerts with and without hearing protection. As well, I was exposed to above-normal levels of construction and farm noise as a child so my hearing loss might be from a long while ago and obviously cumulative damage occurs.
I felt a true empathy from the staff that I am not in need of hearing aide now but to make a regular checkup a habit, and I will! Thank you, see you again soon!

Mark explained the procedure in layman term. My result was non urgent and my options were explained fully there was no pressure to buy. Definitely recommend them.

Reassuring experience
All communications with HH were clear and complete. Confirmation of the appointment by email and text were reassuring and helpful. All aspects of the consultation were centered on getting me adequately informed and undertaking a full professional investigation. At no stage did 'salesmanship' emerge. The commencement of a long term engagement was suggested in a sensible manner.
