My ear didn't feel good after wax removal a few weeks ago.(only one ear needed wax removal). Zoe explained that it can take weeks for the ear to feel normal after a total blockage which wasn't explained at wax removal. I left wiser today with a doctors referral.

The professional approach was excellent. However my appointment was delayed because Head Office scheduled a meeting that meant all clients on the morning of my appointment were delayed. This was in my view very disrespectful of all these clients. It was not the fault of the local staff. I take this opportunity to register my disapproval.

Barry was really helpful and explained every step clearly. Really put at ease.

Courteous, efficient audiologist took care of me. Very pleased.

They advertised free wax removal, brought me in for the appointment , agreed that one ear needed dewaxing and then suggested I see my gp for wax removal as all their appointments were booked for next two months. Just to test I said I would wait for available appointment but still they would not grant an appointment. Why bring people in for wax treatment when you have no capacity to provide the service- I would not do business with this company.

I was nervous about it all but Darryl Burrowes was both very professional and friendly making my first experience very pleasant.

Absolutely professional!! Extremely attentive, from the minute you speak to someone on the phone to arrange an appointment, to meeting John, the audiologist. Test done on a Thursday to the fitting of the Hearing Aids the following Tuesday. Brilliant!

I was a bit nervous about someone poking around my ear but I had nothing to worry about everything was explained and shown to me before anything was done , have no problem recommending hidden hearing to anyone .

The company contacted me a couple of times before the visit to confirm the appointment and the need to have a family member with me. The Audiologist - Ms Zoe Fletcher explained in great detail everything I needed to know about the whole process and at each stage of the process as well as explaining the significance of the outcomes. I was very impressed. A very professional service all round.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a lively experience too.
