Anyone having issue, if you send an email to cancel items within the 24 hours as per terms, and they dont reply, raise a dispute with your bank. If you contact them within the 24 hours and they still ship products, this is a breach of terms and is subject to a chargeback

AVOID. Item delivered was nothing like pictured on the website, and am coming up against a brick wall to return & get refund. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I ordered the Women's A-Line Midi Dress with Smocked Back and Gathered Skirt for £34.95. It arrived after a few weeks. Upon opening it was clear the material was very cheap with threads and flaws all over. I am usually somewhere between a 10 - 12 however I could barely do it up. The zip didn’t work anyway it was so cheap and flimsy. I straight away contacted them for a return and refund from which I had no reply. I continued to email all week to no avail . I called the number for the Netherlands which is their supposed contact which disconnected before it rang. I also contacted their parent company who didn’t reply until the 6th email which was eventually replied to in a foreign language I am not sure of. Google translate told me they advised no have no knowledge of the firm Hidn. Please do not buy anything from this company. They’re total scammers.

Purchase a dress but was nothing like wahtbi received!! Tried to return but after five emails still no response!! Awful company, avoid at all cost!!!

What a sham Hidn London misleading as shipment from China, full tracking updates require an app subscription, no response to any emails that I’ve sent to customer service it’s been 18 days of their supposedly “fast delivery” and we’ve not received the item flaky tracking says tried to deliver (19th day) and is now ready for redelivery but no idea which courier facility uses so as we are away I cannot track anything, the item has arrived far too late for the purpose bough t so will be returning not sure how that will go … avoid this company!

Very poor communication. Misled that the item would arrive in max of 8 business days. Item coming from China despite London being in title of website and registered office in Amsterdam. Customer replies advised within 24 hours, have not had a reply and its been 72 hours.
