Von den zahlreichen internationalen Optik-Anbietern scheinen viele nicht seriös und vertrauenswürdig zu sein. Deshalb hatte ich zunächst auch Bedenken, so einen teuren Kauf zu tätigen.
Hier kann ich allerdings alle, denrn es genauso geht beruhigen. Meiner Erfahrung nach ist hiframe absolut zu empfehlen.
Ich habe über hiframe meine geliebte Götti-Brille 'Adan', die sonst nicht mehr erhältlich war, wieder bekommen. Sogar noch günstiger als direkt vom Hersteller. Die Lieferung hat recht lange gedauert, aber das lag wohl an Material-Lieferproblemen des Herstellers und nicht an Hiframe.
Die Brille ist qualitativ tip-top. Gut fand ich auch, dass ich auf Nachfragen immer sehr schnell eine freundliche, hilfsbereite Rückmeldung bekam.

mi fa piacere che gli occhiali siano arrivati in pochissimo tempo e in ottime condizioni. Poniamo sempre molta cura nel packaging proprio per assicurarci che arrivino perfetti al cliente. La procedura di reso si attiene ai termini di legge dei 14 giorni, così come l'applicazione della restocking fee del 5% sul prezzo di acquisto (solitamente si aggira tra il 10% e il 25%). Quest'ultima è necessaria a sanificare e rimettere a nuovo il prodotto in quanto nessuno vorrebbe una montatura che ha indossato un'altra persona, anche se per poco :).
