If I could give Tom and his business more than 5 stars, it would be in multiples of it. Tom deserves the best in his business in how he looks after the cars he is selling and how he treats his customers. I’ve been searching for an Audi A5 Cabriolet for at least 6 months, but each one I found was either a high price, high mileage or didn’t have the specs I was looking for ie non leather seats, manual gear box. I managed to find an Audi A5 Cabriolet that Tom was selling at an incredible price, with low mileage despite 2 previous owners, as well as the specs I was looking for in one complete package. He even sent me a video of the car as well as proof of the mileage in the video, showing any damage which was very light, in fact it was a very well maintained vehicle from the previous owners. As I lived over 200 miles away I asked Tom if he delivered; he insisted that I visit his dealership for a test drive of the Audi before purchasing. He offered to pick me up from the train station and if I was driving, he would refuel my personal vehicle to make sure I returned home safely if I decided not to buy the Audi. I don’t know any car dealers that would offer this and this made me believe that Tom is a reputable dealer, with the customers’ best interests at heart. He offered to buy my personal car as a part exchange for the Audi which I willingly agreed to. I now drive this amazing secondhand Audi that most people have commented on how new it looks, despite it being 8 years old. This is all down to Tom, who the day before I arrived took the car to a garage for an MOT, which had no advisories and Tom showed me the receipt as proof.
Tom I wish you the very best in your dealership and I really hope that your business thrives in the future. This guy is the real deal.

Used Highfield a few times over the last couple years and every time it’s a great experience Tom is always super helpful, would highly recommend to anyone to reach out be that to buy or sell a vehicle.

We are not very good with cars and despite our best efforts failed to find a new (used) car to replace our old Audi which was on its last legs. Tom provided a voice of reassurance from the start, assuring us he could meet our demanding brief. He was as good as his word and within a week had identified the right vehicle and driven it from Essex to Yorkshire. We are very pleased with it and cannot speak too highly of Tom’s commitment to brilliant customer service.

I booked a valet service with this company earlier in the month. I had previously thought a valet service was fairly similar anywhere you went but it turns out that’s not the case. Highfield Automotive’s service is second to none. The car looked like new again. Tom took every care over it and was really helpful working around our timeframes. He’s such an easy and professional individual to deal with too, so I’ll be a returning customer! A great surprise a few days later was how clean even the fuel cap was! Highly recommend!

I don’t really do these but I feel compelled to do so with my experience with Tom. Tom truly went above and beyond x10 from start to finish! (Even with personal car related troubles due to a sh***y dealership) So my mrs bought a car from Highfield Automotive and we just had complication after complication but none the less we had exceptional support from Tom who did everything he could to make sure we got into the car my Mrs wanted! Long story short mr Mrs absolutely LOVES her new car and we’re both blow away by Tom service!

Tom is fantastic and professional, from arranging a great price for my part exchange and then sourcing and providing the right specification on my new 911 992 turbo S. I was in the market for a while and having experienced poor service from a Porsche dealership Tom went over an beyond to provide excellent service from start to finish.
