From the start I let him know my needs and he made sure to recommend the right PC for me. And even altered the build to exactly what I wanted.
Throughout the process of building I was getting daily updates on how it was going and there was consistent communication which I really appreciated.
The PC has now been delivered by Blair and it was everything I hoped for with no issues at all.

I had a stunning pc built from the bottom up and what a pc it’s turned out to be! Future proofed and playing all the triple A games in ultra is smooth and satisfying to say the least! Great customer service and would highly recommend

Although I havent purchased a pc from Highlanderstore i have brought many parts cases, fans, cooler, their communication is 10/10 support is great, and from the other reviews if I happened to need to purchase a pc I wouldnt hesitate and go straight to them, builds look perfect and very perfessional!

I purchased a new gaming PC from Highlander Store and it has been an excellent transaction!

To start with they were great at listening to what I was after in terms of system specs and then coming up with recommendations and prices. I settled on one option but then asked about a different processor and they were happy to alter the design and price.

The purchase itself was done securely via the website and was acknowledged promptly. The order was placed on Tuesday and was delivered in person on the following Saturday. There was an issue with one of the parts being out of stock but this was resolved quickly by efficient communications, with other options being presented and a replacement chosen at no extra cost.

Setup went smoothly and the couple of queries that I had were answered promptly and helpfully. Now I have an excellent new system which runs all my games at top-level graphics!

All in all an excellent purchasing experience. Thoroughly recommended.

My son is over the moon with his new gaming PC. He was definitely due an upgrade with his being about 10 years old. I looked on all the bigger sites of pre built but they all seemed expensive and not good enough for the things my son wanted. A good friend re mentioned highlanderstore as it’s where her son had just got his custom made PC. I couldn’t really tell you much about CPU’s GPU’s, RAMS and all the other stuff that goes into a gaming PC, but I had a sort of budget idea and when I messaged them I got sent the list of specs we could get for that price…. I sent it to my son and to my friends who know more about this kind of thing and they all said it was a great bargain! Once purchased we got updates on the build with photos and luckily made it in time for one quick change. We knew when it was being built and the next day when it was ready to collect.
This whole experience has made my life so much easier and I wish I’d have done it sooner! I’m also so glad my friend recommended or my son would never have got such a good pc. Thank you

What an amazing experience with Highlanderstore, and I honestly can't thank them enough. This PC they made for me is absolutely insane, and they did it cheaper and better than anywhere else.

I wanted to buy my first gaming PC, and I had no clue what I was asking for or even needed, but talking to Blair, he quickly put my mind at rest. He walked me through it step by step, making sure I was happy with it all. If there were bits I wanted adding or upgrading, he could work around my needs and wants. He didn't want me to have something that wouldn't last long before it needed to be upgraded; he wanted the best for my budget, but again, he was flexible on what I wanted. I'm over the moon with this monster of a PC, and even now, when I get stuck, I can message them, and they get back to you ASAP with all the help they can offer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys; I think they're amazing and build some amazing bits of kit. Thanks again, Blair; you're amazing.

no exaggeration, we discussed requirements and specification and cost (all the important things lol) and Blair built me a PC that exceeded my expectations by a country mile.

I got my pc last year from the highlanderstore I didn't really understand much in the way of pc's so I was asking so many questions and all my questions was answered it was very helpful! Great from start to finish bought an absolutely great computer was helped every step of the way through the build. Blair showed me many different designs and we ended up going with one with lcd screen and 10 fans my son is so happy with it will never use anyone else for this sort of thing such a personal touch that no store can. Quick response for any question we wanted answered would highly recommend .
