Alan - Rocket has always delivered! And when I say that, I mean, Alan always, responds, follows through, measures, fits and delivers on every level. This is my third, perhaps fourth time to have Alan 'blind'. This time it is our Early Years Premises. Alan's trustworthy and professional manner meant that when I needed the business windows 'blinded' he was the only person on my speed-dial for the job. Excellent Customer Service – Special Thanks to Jennifer Lynam!
I purchased my Hillarys blinds around 10 years ago, and recently the chain connector mechanism broke and needed replacing.
I contacted the Hillarys Customer Service Team by email on 13 October 2026. The following day, I received a very helpful response from Jennifer Lynam.
Jennifer was absolutely fantastic! She kindly arranged to send me two replacement parts completely free of charge. She also provided clear instructions on how to fit them.
After following her instructions and installing the new parts, our blinds are now working perfectly again, just like new!
I am extremely grateful for Jennifer's kindness, professionalism and outstanding customer service. It is wonderful to see a company still providing such excellent after-sales support, even for products purchased 10 years ago.
I would highly recommend Hillarys to anyone considering buying blinds or other window products. The product quality and customer service are excellent.
A very special thank you to Jennifer Lynam for all your help. You are a credit to Hillarys!

Consultation was merely measuring
Consultation was merely measuring, no guidance given on colour etc,
Would have expected tie backs or at least been advised they were not included
Mis information given on more than one occasion about delivery dates.
I was expected to follow up with the customer team rather than them reaching out to me. Promised call backs and confirmation which never happened.
Got a text one night to say they would install the curtains the following day…. Not appropriate notice, I am working also!
While the curtains are beautiful and appear to be well made and of good quality, the customer service is appalling

We had Greg coming into our home and helping us selecting our blinds.
He also installed the blinds for us as well. We are very happy with the service and also the time frame the blinds were delivered and installed. We have ordered twice and the second time the blinds were delivered even earlier than the time given which was great just in time before the days were shorter of day light which makes the kitchen very cosy! We definitely recommend Greg and Hillary Blinds

We had a fantastic experience with Hillarys Blinds, thanks to Adrian and his colleague Alan.
Adrian came to our home with Alan and took the time to talk us through all the available options. They were both very professional, friendly and helpful, with absolutely no pressure to make a decision. The price was great too! We were able to make our decision and pay the deposit all in one evening.
The installation was completed on the date we were advised, and the service throughout was excellent.
We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Great prices, great staff and a smooth, hassle-free process from start to finish. A big thank you to Adrian, Alan and the team at Hillarys Blinds. Highly recommended!

Following my previous review I was contacted by Hilary’s stating that they were willing to replace the damaged frames. They advised that this would take 3 months and they promptly fitted the new frames as soon as they were ready. Delighted to say that this matter has now been resolved. Thank you Hilarys.

V poor communication and overall very unreliable. Ordered 2 blinds and to date have had only one installed.

Your agent/installer Alan Rocket was great. He arrived for the measurement and quote on the appointed date and on the installation date. He was very nice man, did a great job with the installation, friendly and professional. I would have no hesitation in using Hillarys again.
