Although delivery was delayed owing to very heavy snowfall over several days, my order arrived in perfect condition. It was left with a neighbour and an advisory note was left through my letterbox. High quality item and well worth the money.

The shop manager (I think he was the manager) was so kind and patient and helpful. He was happy to walk round the shop with me showing me items I might be interested in and helping me measure things and answering multiple questions.

I love buying local especially when it’s a family business and Ollie couldn’t have been more helpful - I looked at the table & chairs in the afternoon, sent a message via their website & got an answer immediately - my midday the following day, they were set up on my decking!
