Genuinely some of the best customer service I've received in years. From start to finish they have been helpful, responsive and even noticed that I had ordered the wrong thing and emailed me to confirm before shipping. Definitely can recommend.

Great experience and prompt customer service (delivery to Australia). Had issue with one box damaged in transit and they immediately sent replacement. Ebony installed and the real wood elevates the interior significantly. Just saw a faux wood Tesla and it now just looks so cheap and tacky. Used the isopropyl alcohol install method from youtube, which allows panels to slide and align perfectly before alcohol wicks away and the panels stick firm. That worked amazingly well.

I wanted real carbon fiber and a quality product for my Tesla. I shopped around and found this to be a great value compared to others. I’m very pleased with the fit and finish. It fits 9/10. Installed the dash and door pieces. I will also be installing the center console next now that I know the quality of the product.

Classy, elegant look to my Model 3. Easy to install ( coming from someone with absolutely no skills for this or any other technical thing) .The wood dash and console are the first thing people notice when they open the car doors!

Get a confirmatiom notice yesterday, UPS is delivering today. Never showed, now its tomorrow. Checked the official UPS website no record. They BS u with false promises. This was a gift from my son. We have contacted his credit card company for a charge back. All false promises, do a great job with fake advertising and reviews

I ordered from this company over a month ago. My order was delayed because they were "switching to a new inventory facility" which I said would be acceptable because they only quoted an additional week delay. The week came and went, and still no tracking update. After multiple attempts to reach them, I finally received a tracking update the same day I said I would be filing a fraud claim with my bank. Delivery day came and only 1 of the 3 items I ordered showed up with UPS and Hillsmade is simply responding to me saying that my entire order was delivered and to wait and see if it shows up. I have checked in every day for 5 days letting them know it still has not arrived. I even provided footage from my security system showing the UPS driver clearly only delivered 1 box and not the entire order. These guys are clowns and criminals.

I had an excellent experience. Customer Service was friendly and fast and the product quality is really fantastic and it looks amazing! Best investment for my Tesla Y!

This company is fraudulent I ordered over a month ago and still nothing. They will tell you how sorry they are and how things will change but they will never change and they will never help you with your order no matter how much you try. They have the audacity to respond to reviews on trustpilot but can't even respond to their own customers who have issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. It will cause a headache of issues that are unneeded.

After waiting nearly two full months after placing my order and my card being charged, my carbon fiber dash cover showed up today. The box looked like someone tried to roll it up. The dash cover was cracked in 10 separate places and was basically destroyed. Tried to follow the return instructions on the website, but it’s impossible considering they don’t even acknowledge that I ordered from them. Avoid this company. There are plenty of other good Tesla vendors out there.

Update: I was sent a replacement dash cover that took another couple of weeks to arrive. It was also damaged and came in the same flimsy packaging. I was not given the option of a refund (which is what I wanted and asked for), but rather another replacement. The second replacement (3rd dash cover) showed up today. The box had very rigid cardboard angle reinforcements to prevent bending. Great idea… except they were obviously applied AFTER the original box was mangled. So yeah, third time was not the charm. It was still cracked, although only in one spot this time. I will probably just go ahead and install this one because it’s been nearly 4 months since placing the original order and I am tired of looking at a wood dash. One star review remains and I would still advise shopping somewhere else.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been waiting for weeks for my refund after having their damaged product delivered. I sent back their products (unopened). Their return policy states that when the products are returned it takes 3-5 days for the credit to appear on your account. Instead they keep sending things you never ordered. Started legal action. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I just purchased a Carbon Fibre Interior for my Tesla Model Y from Hills and must tell you how delighted I am with the product and service. The Product is absolute class, easy to install and transformed the look of my Tesla. I would strongly recommend Hills to upgrade your Tesla.

This company sent me a damaged carbon fiber dash cover for my Tesla 3, gave me the run around when I asked for a refund. They said they would send me a replacement, and after 2 weeks, nothing. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company - beware DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
