I tried to book a viewing for a rental property. I found the tone of the person on the other end to be extremely unprofessional. After being told that I wouldn't be able to even view the property because I have pets, I asked whether or not the landlord was aware of the new Model Tenancy Agreement, announced by Housing Minister Rt Hon Christopher Pincher MP, which states, landlords will no longer be able to issue blanket bans on pets. I was rudely cut off and told it was the landlords choice. I then asked if they had any other properties on the market, the answer was a blatant NO and told to enjoy the rest of my day. They didn’t even ask for my details for future properties.

I’m appalled by the service I recieved from Hillyards Estate Agents. I will never use this company and never recommend it to anyone looking to rent or buy.
