I had two redesigns for the same head and they HLD's staff was more than accomodating as a go-between for myself and JigglyJoy who manufactured the head which came out looking better than I expected. I will definitely get more from them in the future!

Very good customer service! Progress updates every week. When I had something to ask, they answered almost immediately and guided me with everything professionally. They even visited the factory to take some more photos from the doll. First I was hesitating a bit because they're not on TDF but even the manufacturer of the doll recommended Hi Love Doll so I decided to order, and I'm very happy that I did!
