The job hunt is a massive headache, and for all the help LinkedIn tries to provide, I’ve long felt it easily becomes chaotic and clustered. I've watched Viktor building this application as a personal conviction to delivering a need in the space. And as I've tested to use HirePilot, I've been nothing but impressed.

As a job seeker for the past year, and computer scientist I have to report how not only functional this application is in tracking all the hard work put into job hunting and interviews. It's also extremely useful in sheer efficiency in coordinating and accounting in a number of ways. Whether it's keeping me more honest in searching for potential opportunity, or simply being able to gauge where my efforts are being best utilized. HirePilot has allowed me to curate better resumes, make more contacts, and be a more organized administrator posing as my own manager.

As an extension to LinkedIn, I personally find this app a massive upgrade to using LinkedIn's own upgraded paid for service. In my first ten months of so, while making applications, I found it all to much of a challenge to categorize and properly keep track of the dozens of monthly applications I had been making. In just a short few weeks while using HirePilot, I was able to backlog through every application made and interview I've had during my journey. And I now have a very detailed and curated example for both my review, as well as all my professional coaches and teams aimed at advancing my opportunity back into the workforce.

Whether you are an experienced worker, someone looking for a career change, or possibly even more so for those fresh grads looking to gain entry into their career fields ... I would highly recommend trying this service and expanding your job search to new levels.

I've personally networked with Viktor and found in our shared connections over the past year a dedicated professional who is really making something to be proud of delivering.

The product is veeeery new and it's aiming on simplifying the job search process which is... a little tough these days. But you know, this thing looks really promising as it at least tries to remove an invisible wall between an applicant and a hiring manager.

Too early to tell if it's all gonna work out, but guys are trying really hard and that deserves respect and this review. :)

HirePilot looks like a really promising product. I’ve tried some of the early features and they already save a lot of time in the job search. I’m especially excited about auto-apply and outreach, these can really change the way job seekers connect with the right people. Can’t wait for the full launch!
