i suspected they sold some of the cancer can foods to the hong kong people, due to their different political view. and i returned some of them after oder around ten cans of bean but i eventually still have breast cancer. i could not be sure if those were because of the can foods, but i believed somethings may be related.

they may be intentionally selling can foods which contained cancer substance and caused hong kong women groups to have breast cancer. something was wrong about this company and the political relationship between their business and their company, and women voice in hong kong, however i could not prove it, and this shop also would not be bother about my ‘personal matter’. and i had my cancer treatment in dec 2022.

I am very displeased with the delivery service. The past few orders I have made, the delivery was severly delayed even though there is a 4 hour window. On top of that, there is also NO update or message to tell you that it is delayed. It is unacceptable especially if I have family or friends waiting. There also two instances where the delay was 24 hours and there was also no notification of that. Simple unacceptable.

Terrible customer experience. I am bombarded with marketing emails but cannot unsubscribe because their system is broken. The "Forgot Password" link redirects to a "Page Not Found" error. I tried multiple web browsers, but the error persists. When I contacted support, the agent claimed everything worked on their end and repeatedly told me to "try again later." They refused to manually close my account, claiming I must log in to do it myself—which is impossible since the password reset page is broken. Support offered zero solutions. Avoid this company.

IF such reports are true, whether this complies w/ local laws or not, such tests deemed inhumane! Will definitely NOT support HKTVMall! and those scientists and personels who assisted such tests

Beware of unauthorized charges on your credit card. When you talk to customer service, they will claim they cannot refund you the money because of their 'internal policies'. No refunds for fraudulent charges, only "cash dollar credit" on their website (with expiry date). They will exhaust you for over hours cycling you through different CS agents and Chatbots. Sometimes just copy and paste their "policies" and sometime just go unresponsive, intentionally difficult for you to get your money back.

Avoid buying any expensive electronics from them. Essentially they're just buying it for you and then providing you with worse delivery and service, plus hidden charges.

# Worst Experience Ever

I have had the absolute worst experience with customer service. It's been **four weeks** and my problem remains unresolved. I was unable to check out using the vouchers I purchased through the Alipay app, and now I’m stuck on the checkout/payment page, which is frozen and endlessly loading. My funds are stuck on the platform.

I've provided all the technical information they requested and followed all necessary steps to complete the checkout, but nothing works.

Despite sending numerous emails to customer service, I only receive the same response: "Please wait, our engineers are checking what’s wrong." They don't have a customer service number I can call to speak directly to someone.

At this point, I will be seeking legal action against them.

Bought from this site multiple times and generally a very satisfactory experience. On the one occasion there was a damaged item they resolved it promptly
