Great experience on online shopping
Great experience in buying online from this shop. Good communication through email on the whereabouts of my order. Rapid sending of my order and they are well experienced on how to pack the parcel. I ordered something special for my boyfriend's 50th. Originally, I fear that it might get lost on the post, but the way they packaged it, it's brilliant. I hope it is going to work once my boyfriend get the gift. I would recommend H.L. Brown.

The watch I received
The watch I received, arrived with a couple of dings to the steel case, which was concerning as the watch was being sold as brand new. To the company’s credit they apologised for the issue, and to rectify,
- made adjustments to the price to reflect the second hand condition of the watch and offered me a full refund if this wasn’t acceptable. Still not a great look to be selling watches that have clearly been damaged on the shop floor and sending them out in said condition in my humble opinion.
In summary - a far from ideal transaction however the service I received from the staff to rectify the issue was robust to their credit.

It sounds like an old cliche, but if I could genuinely give H.L. Brown more than 5 stars, I certainly would! What a pleasant shopping experience from start to finish. I have recently had a very bad experience with another large online watch retailer so I was very cautious when I contacted H.L. Brown. The truth is, I had nothing to worry about. Not only did they have the exact watch I was looking for, it was also offered at a very competitive price. The watch was quickly sent to me to accommodate when I was in and was also beautifully and securely packaged. The watch itself is just gorgeous, brand new as described and running perfectly, I couldn't be happier. In the days of online retailers often chasing the quick buck with false promises and inferior goods, H.L. Brown are the exception. They really do make the process of buying a luxury watch the wonderful experience it should be! Thank you.

I have bought jewellery from H L Browns over quite a number of years, and on occasions needed a repair or alteration doing. I have always found the staff helpful, knowledgeable, offer sound advice and never pushy. I would highly recommend the Sheffield Branch.

Enquired about a watch that was only available in there Scarborough branch (which was closing down ) ..after a brief conversation with the Sheffield branch about getting it over to look at .. they kept me informed and told me when it would arrive….and was absolutely blown away by the service at the Sheffield branch ..a very special experience not an expensive watch by there standards but was deeply impressed from start to finish .. very very professional and intimate..outstanding 👍
