Best decision we made was to team up with HLTH for our CQC registration. We wouldn't have been able to do it without their guidance and input. Emma, Alison, Luke and Sadea were the ones that worked with us. Without them I guarantee we would have given up. Our process took well over a year due to the speed at which we were able to work on our applicaton (due to running a very busy non-regulated service already) but HLTH didn't put pressure on us at all. They allowed us to work at our pace. Every email and phone call was responded to promptly. When CQC asked us for certain additional documents or more information within a short timeframe HLTH responded quickly and helped us to provide what was needed. The interview prep with Sadea was useful and guided us in the right direction for our actual cqc interviews. Can't thank them enough and look forward to continue working with them

I would recommend HLTH Compliance to anyone that is liking for help with policies and preparation for interview, Luke was amazing in supporting me in training session, additionally I enrolled on their e-learning platform and must say I've never seen so easy to read, nicely done and interesting e learning modules, main difference to any other modules I've ever seen as clinician is that this are actually interesting and enjoyable. Strongly recommended.

Great experience with the HLTH Group, they’ve helped us setup our new longevity clinic and saved us so much time.

Working with the Registrations team has been a joy, they’ve taught us what we need to know while leading on the documentation side. The mock interview support was fantastic, working with ex inspectors from CQC gave us such clear insight and expectations.

We’ve engaged them to support in some risk assurance governance work long-term, as we want to get this right but keep our focus on delivering our day to day.

I didn’t realise how out of date my policies were until I had them rewritten by HLTH Group, Ellen was fantastic and so knowledgeable. The policies were delivered through HLTH Manage, their compliance software is a brilliant tool and really helped us with inspection preparation.

I’m not just successfully registered, but I now feel prepared for running my home care service and reassured that I’ll be documenting and evidencing my compliance perfectly for future inspections.

I’m incredibly time poor, so I don’t normally leave reviews, but it was really important to my partner and I to recognise the work that Emma and the team did to support us through our CQC registration.

We felt completely overwhelmed when we’d tried to submit our own registration and we got an NOP- which was heartbreaking after putting in so much hard work ourselves.

Through alot of deliberation on whether to even continue with our business, we contracted HLTH Group and so glad we did. We initially spoke to Becky, poor Becky was so patient with me- and even did her best at phone therapy (I made the call when I wasn’t feeling my best self! 🤣😬).

I’m a general nurse, and we realise now, that trying to navigate all the compliance that goes with establishing an aesthetics practice is near impossible without support. The whole team were so patient, understanding and supportive and effortlessly walked us through the whole process.

We nearly gave up on our dream of our own practice, but we’re now successfully registered and we look forward to continuing to work with the team.

From the initial phone call to HLTH I knew this was a company I can work with. I was impressed with the on boarding team who arranged the inspection. The Pre inspection consultation was very professional.
Adam and Janet who attended our home both brought the required skill sets and made myself and my staff feel immediately at ease. They were both extremely knowledgable and after the 2 full days gave very honest and constructive feedback.
I would not hesitate in recommending HLTH.

I did not want to leave a negative review but felt strongly that sharing the truth may encourage this organisation to change how they treat people. I ultimately decided to leave, because there was no job security, staff turnover was extremely high, and several capable people either resigned or were dismissed. The CEO frequently lied, he did not come across as a person who valued his employees, there were behaviours that I felt was intimidating and unsupportive, which created a culture which in my opinion amounted to bullying. They would dismiss hardworking people who cared about their clients, only to replace them with less experienced people. The focus appeared to be on money rather than employees or even clients' best interest. Many employees were not paid on time, with no communication from management. I would not be surprised if some of the positive reviews are fake. By all means, work with or for this company and judge for yourself. I strongly would not recommend them.

We have been contracted with the HLTH group now for a year and have been more than happy with the service. Firstly supporting us through our application to the CQC and assisting with preparation for the interview process - this support was robust and helped immensely. Second thorough and concentrated support with the 60+ policies and procedures and associated forms that needed to be tailored to our organisation and put in place - this has been a huge help to us and we could not have achieved that in the timeframe without their support and depth of knowledge. Next the HR support - with HR advice, policies, procedures and contracts that let us get ready to hire. Lastly personalised assistance with getting on the approved provider list of the Local Authority - this was a long process that required specialist knowledge - and was taken care of by specialist members of the HLTH group team. All in all we have now reached the place where we want to get and it is only because of the complete and dedicated support of the HLTH group. Thank you to each and everyone on the team!
