Working with HMD Publishing to design, format, and upload my children’s book to Amazon Kindle was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their team was not only professional — exactly what you’d hope for — but remarkably patient throughout the entire process.
As someone new to the self publishing world, I had a lot to learn, and they guided me through every step with clarity, patience, and genuine support. HMD Publishing did an excellent job with my book formatting. The entire layout was neat, professional, and easy to read. Their team paid close attention to spacing, margins, headings, and overall presentation, which made the final book look polished and ready for publishing. I’m very happy with their work and truly appreciate their support throughout the process.

I have never experienced a company with such a low level of professionalism. I spent $1,000 to get my project started and when I wanted to reach then via phone they wanted to add a fee onto the money already paid because the package I received didn't include phone calls. The person I had to chat with didn't get what I wanted correct and after several attempts they wanted to charge a fee for it. I couldn't believe what I was reading and never paid someone and couldn't even talk to them. The information was very misleading and all the did was copy and paste no checking anything and told me we charge you $1000 for a book format. Which the formatting is subpar a middle schooler could have produced better. Now they refuse to complete my edits without another charge. People I strongly advise against choosing HMD publishing and don't lose like I did. A company like this makes me lose faith in Fiverr and probably never use their platform again.

I had a wonderful experience working with Mukaram and his team for the formatting of both my eBook and print copy. They did an excellent job and the final outcome looked extremely professional.

The team was highly professional throughout the process and quickly understood all my requirements. I truly appreciated their patience with the multiple back-and-forth corrections and changes I kept requesting. Despite that, they were always prompt with their turnaround time and very supportive throughout the journey.

I chose to work with HMD Publishing after an introductory live video call, where they walked me through their full-service offerings. While I didn’t need the full package (I already had my own editor and designer), I did use them for eBook formatting, cover and interior—and I’m so glad I did.

The team did proper keyword and competitor research before touching anything — they didn't just throw money at broad-match terms and hope for the best. They restructured my campaigns from scratch with Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display all working together, then aggressively negative-harvested in the first week to cut wasted spend.

By the end of month one, my ACoS had dropped to under 25%, and my daily sales had more than doubled.
