Very disappointing low quality see through t-shirts the cheapest of the cheap. Postage was slow and contacted them twice after 10 days of ordering and no response whatsoever. I will not use this company again and definitely will not recommend them. I had to give 1 star as none wasn't an option.....

Ordered 2 tshirts several weeks ago for £57. Ive received nothing, and numerous emails for updates have been ignored. Should've done my homework first but trusted the apparent veterans run company (is it vets or a lone Walt?) Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Hopefully like me you used Monzo to pay who refund you immediately and chase the company themselves.

Massive headache. Cannot get hold off them, for any updates. Ordered 7 days ago. No confirmation email to say they have sent out my t-shirt. Taken my money and no information sent. Really wish i read these reviews first. Thought id trust the company because hes ex forces. But it turns out hes an ex TA soldier.

I’ve ordered a t shirt and it’s been 3 weeks and not arrived and emailed customer service and still not arrived I don’t know what to do

Scam website took my money never received the t-shirt….emails go unanswered give them a wide birth

Absolutely disgraceful company. I ordered 3 shirts almost two months ago and, after sending 3 emails, finally received a package with only 2 shirts.

They don’t even bother responding to my emails or fixing their mistake. Taking people’s money and then ignoring them is pathetic.

Ordered a t shirt. Had a confirmation from PayPal but not HMG.

Have emailed 3 times. Zero response. 20 days later and I raised an issue with PayPal who refunded me immediately.

Ordered 2 shirts one for myself and one for my son's birthday. To be fair t-shirts arrived reasonably quickly however.....as others have stated t shirt quality is poor and they managed to mix up the designs on the 2 different sized t shirts. 3 emails to try and sort but nothing heard back. Frustrated for not checking reviews 1st and will NOT be buying again, I'd rather pay TD a little extra for the quality and decent customer service.

Ordered middle of June from HMG, Evri attempted one delivery to an address which is open 24/7.
Contacted HMG, they confirmed they would deliver again, have heard nothing since and no attempt made to pay a refund

Echoed what some others have said.

I placed my order, but it turned out they were going through some financial difficulties. I was given the option of a refund. I wanted to support them so I waited 4 weeks for the item.

The designs look great on paper however the t shirt must be the cheapest on the market, it loses shape every time I wear it... In the bin or use for gym.

Sadly won't purchase again

Customer service is non existent, you better hope it fits you

Have returned or for exchange of size. 4 weeks of trying to get comms on every platform available and just been ignored. £38 down, asked for a refund if exchange not possible. Ignored. Will raise it with credit card company. Probably won’t order from here again. Poor advert for smaller veteran owned business.

They use Evri, tracking says 'delivered', but there is no proof (just a pic of some cloth). Not responding to emails. Probably just lost 50+ quid, what a shame.

Ordered a Vintage Grey T shirt on the 22nd December as this wasn't a Xmas present but needed it for January 26. I have ordered in the past from HMG with no problems.
I awaited the 10days to print and the Xmas holiday, there was nothing on their site to say anything other. I emailed and received an auto reply till the 5th which had gone past. Complete radio silence on all emails.i was just about to hit my bank on 19th and received a dispatch notice. Cutting it short ive received a Green T Shirt completely NOT what I ordered ! ONCE AGAIN radio silence on the return of this un ordered poor quality t shirt. Personally there just chucking out unsold old stock in the hope folks keep it and ignoring all requests for a return and refund.
I hate giving veterans bad reviews but this truly does take the """. Looking at others unhappy reviews I'd give it a wide birth its not what is was, gone down the pan. Back to my bank

Do not buy from here !! I ordered a top for my partner on the 6th December and was patient for the 10 working days they estimate delivery to be. Did not receive a confirmation it had been shipped and when emailing customer service it was just an automated email saying closed till 5th Jan. Since then emailed multiple times and DMd on instagram and no reply, so i have no top and no refund!

I ordered Christmas presents on 3rd of December,
Chased and chased up until Christmas. Gave them Benefit of the doubt but even still having to chasing endlessly they've then started ignoring my emails and now I've had to raise a fraudulent case on my bank against this company

First order from HMG, ordered yesterday and arrived today. Great quality and designs. Highly recommended

What can I say. Waited over a month for my order of 2 shirts. Had to ask several times why the delay, was told was down to a supplier issue! Shouldn’t have to ask that many times though.
Finally received my order today and whilst the fit on both are good I am failing to see why these cost as much as they do. Definitely not worth the price being charged. I have bought better quality shirts for far less in sports shops.
Sorry to say I won’t be buying again or recommending.

Communication could be better , however I recieved a full refund for unavailable t shirt . Thanks ☺️
