excellent product and service

product is good, but snobbish and unhonest customer service, told me they couldn't lower the price less than 15% on that item during the sale, waited i purchased 2 of them in different color then lowered the price 50%. i feel robbed.

Lovely garments & products overall and fast delivery, miss the DDP but it's not a deal breaker at all

Great products, great service

A beautifully made Safari style jacket in the perfect linen, not too light. Everything about it is great, the collar, the pockets, and the cinch cord are all perfectly executed. True to size gives a relaxed fit, use the cinch cord to adjust to taste. HN White couldn’t have done a better job with these!

A well organised internet site with well-selected products. As you would expect, products are markedly well designed and well made. On the site they are well illustrated, with good product information and sizing advice. I was shopping for a gift : I am not a natural shopper, but here I did actually enjoy browsing and making a choice.

It dismays me that as I’m a big and tall man ; 6’1” and a 50” chest, I’m therefore excluded as a potential customer and cannot avail of your beautiful knitwear which is all too typical of way too many firms today …selling slim knitwear at the expense of larger individuals to satisfy a fashion trend, I fear. It’s nearly impossible to find knitwear that fits me.
It’s two stars as my custom remains elsewhere and I would love to give 5 stars if the knitwear could be sized up to include a +50” chest and broad shoulders to which I would be happy to be a customer.

Excellent, timely service and a high quality product.

I really do love my sweater. 12 ply is unusual, but the softness is incredible.

The tie came exactly as described, but I guess I'm surprised at the poor quality of construction. I'm not familiar with rolled edge ties and don't like it. The tie seems very thin also and the lining insufficient, it does not seem like it will hold its shape very well.

Beautifully made products, elegant and timeless designs. Initially discovered their Ancient Madder ties and have since been enjoying their knitwear, scarves and accessories.

Great first experience and love the ties.

There was a slight glitch on my initial order (which I caused) but it was remedied in a cooperative, friendly and timely manner. The cashmere polo is quite nice and though it is getting close to the end of the season in N. America, I've managed to wear it many times. Thanks to Harry for all his cooperation.

HN White in my opinion offers the best ties you can find. The fabrics are always well curated, the knot they produce is perfect, and the quality for the price is as good as it gets. I love thier knitwear and accessories as well. Shipping is super fast to the states (2-3 Days). My favorite tie manufacturer by far.

I got one one of the wool-silk donegal ties in green. Beautiful tie. Great color. Great fabric. Great taste. Rather unique. Was 8.5 cm, not 9 cm (had the same problem with the only other tie--a grenadine--I purchased from them before). Shipping to US is also kind of pricey for a tie... But the tie is beautiful, perhaps the coolest one I own, and that excuses everything else.

The items they sell are really of great quality. As far as I can judge it - ties and knitwear - the raw Materials as well as the construction are really overwhelming.
The only thing they could improve would be providing specific measurements for each garment included in the Item description.
I would recommend this webshop.
