Life savers! We were up against an eviction deadline after another company left us hanging. Jorge and this team were great, they were able to get us scheduled and the guys they sent were the kindest souls. They were so patient with my in laws and we never felt rushed. They were in control the whole time. This was a scary experience for all of us but the team made us so comfortable. The cleaning team was great too and the gals did an amazing job getting the place back in order. From start to finish you can tell these guys really care and know what theyre doing.

These guys were awesome. They were priced lower than the other two quotes we got so we were skeptical but they definitely came through. Showed up on time and worked late through the entire weekend. We ended up tipping the guys more than we expected but they were well worth it. Hard workers.

I highly recommend their services from debris removal to deep cleaning. They did an excellent job with both and did so in a timely manner.

NOT A LEGIT COMPANY! I called Hoarding Rescue today (5/1/26 11:20am CST) for a quote for a family member and had the worst experience. I spoke to a smug guy named Anthony. He rated my project a Level 5 and when I questioned it because the website states that Level 5 means "unsanitary and structural issues" which isn't the situation, he got annoyed. He told me "we can call it Level 4" as if that was some compromise when according to the website criteria I was describing a Level 2. I let it go just to move forward and he quoted me $5k! I worked in property management and handled junk removal post eviction so I know that quote is VERY INFLATED. When I asked which level he based the quote on, he became defensive and began fast talking but refused to answer. I asked him to simply clarify which level it was and he chose to hang up on me instead! I called back for a manager and he told me he has no manager! Junk Luggers quoted me $725 vs $5,000! Do not waste your time calling Hoarding Rescue.

They just contract out to other cleaners. They over charge because you have to pay the extra money over what they pay a company to come clean, the people they sent were awful. I was told the deep cleaning would be 6 hours, then after 2.5 hours the cleaners left and parts of the floor had not been swept, surfaces not cleaned. They stole my airpods as well. Avoid at all costs.
