This Bandsaw is ideal for small spaces, which suits me ideally. It is not a power horse, but will handle small jobs just fine. More importantly ( for me ), it lightweight, so I can move it and store it out of the way until required. The next option up would have been 3 times the weight and twice the size. I am making my own Protractor Guide, simply to allow me to handle slightly larger items. It is a pleasure to use, and takes all the effort out of cutting materials to size ( I use Pine, MDF, Aluminium, Brass ). I would like to give it 5 Stars - but it is only a small, low power, hobby machine, so I don't want to mislead people. It does just what I want.
