I ordered a box of Yu-Gi-Oh Chaos Origins and when I received it in the mail the booster box came without plastic wrapping and seemed to be opened already. I reached out to them and they said it was sealed. OKAY maybe the SHIPPING BOX was sealed but not the actual Origins booster box.

Good store in the past, but when they start refunding Lorcana orders so they can list them higher, (they 100% did this by the way) and they've held on to your money for over a month, this becomes super sketch. They deserve the criticism and you should probably choose elsewhere to shop. Apparently loyal customers, mean nothing anymore.

Amazing customer service and good prices! They don’t put up scalper prices if they don’t have to.

Boxes come damaged they said they can’t refund anything even if it comes destroyed like, what do you mean? If you pre-order they take 10% if it’s like a $400 order it’s a big chunk of money they say they don’t pocket it but they do ! You called the support line during the working hours they never answer the phone then someone will pick up all upset because you called them 10 times poor managment good vision if they just took off the pre-order cancellation would be better! Lost my package one day it took me two months to get my money back from these guys

I spoke to a lady. I had a few emails with her back and forth. She helped me and assured they would handle my order as requested. I received my order as requested. No hiccups. I will definitely order again. Thanks again for your fantastic service.

Have purchased from Hobbiesville multiple times and have had it shipped to my home. Only had positive transactions with them

Great product selection, good products and fantastic customer support when needed.

Friend of mine ordered some Pokemon products and Hobbiesville would not give a refund after FedEx lost the package. Keep in mind, this was only $200 worth of cards. Insane that a card shop this big would not try to make it right for my friend and risk a returning customer and even worse, a future customer in myself. Shame on them.

Stole my money. Package I paid 200 dollars for never arrived. When I asked for a refund, they "filed a claim", said they would update me in 4 weeks. 6 weeks later I call them since they never contacted me afterward. Said my claim was denied and I get zero money back. Garbage customer service from a company of lowlife thieves. Do not do business with these people.

Edit after store responded: they told me I would still get a partial refund regardless of not buying their order protection. They instead did not respond for months after they said they would file a claim(which they somehow failed at, the package still shows as tracking months later. How do you mess up getting recompense for a package that never arrived?)
They straight up lied about giving me any sort of refund and left the financial burden entirely on me. Any company of worth would make it right with the customer but instead they keep my money after the product I paid for never arrived. These people deserve the worst and you should not do business with them.

Toujours eu un bon service. J'achète mes jeux de sociétés assez souvent en ligne chez ce magasin car ils sont moins chers la plupart du temps. Ils shippent également assez vite. Je vis au Québec.

Great service team, resolve issue quick and professionally. Should have more app only exclusives to keep the resellers/botters out.

I’ve had a great experience with Hobbiesville both online and in-store at the Toronto location.

The online ordering process is always smooth, easy, and reliable. Orders are processed quickly, and everything has arrived as expected.

Most reliable source when ordering a product!

Before leaving this review, I wanted to work something out with them about the TCG defected item I purchased. "Super expensive " item.

After emailing the support, it doesn't seem like they want to work anything out. Their support wasn't very supportive. Item came in on time nothing wrong with that. Packaging wasn't bad too, it was the item it self. I request for support about the product being bad. Per their page they check the item before sending/ship. Clearly they missed this item. The seal was not even factory seal. You can clearly see that someone tampered with the item and tried to recreate the seal again. Took pictures and sent it to support team about the issue. They just kept saying it's not tampered and said it was created by the corner of a box. You can't create those seal from the corner of a box. If a corner of a box hit it then the seal should had ripped or made a dent some where. Clearly no dent or anything on the item. No rip too. I tried to reason with them about the item issue. I understand their policy about returns on certain item, but to spend so much on the item and for them to blame other boxes damaging the item. They still shipped the item to me. Knowing that it was defect. They won't work anything out but kept saying, it's not reseal and they inspect their items(clearly they didn't) and for me to understand. How do you understand anything if they kept repeating themselves about its factory seal and a corner of a box made this on the seal. Wouldn't even refund and said they are marking my email as closed/complete. What kinda of support is that.

Can't wait to see what they are going to write about this post. I see in other reviews they like to cover their a** and make excuses about helping. They don't help. They don't want to refund you for their mistakes.

ADD: Funny how they also blame the TCG Company for sending in a defect.....if they knew it was a defected product why would they send it to me. Acting like it wasn't their fault, but clearly on their page saying that they check all products before sending. They even said it wasn't defect but just said it was. So they pretty much saying they won't refund anything defect. I don't get this support team.

Great store! Been a customer for more than two years now. Staff have always been friendly and helpful, the store is spacious and clean. I wish the location was closer to the subway, but the commute is usually worth it!

I have ordered many products over the last year or so from Hobbieville every package has been wrapped with a fragile sticker and packed with protective filling. Every product has been received promptly and in perfect condition. Would absolutely recommend ordering/shopping here
