Very disappointing

I ordered a pair of goggles along with three extra antennas.
One antenna was damaged on arival. Another was missing from the order, and a drone antenna was shipped instead.

I also ordered a drone along with two sets of batteries and a charger.
The batteries turned out not to fit, eventhough the site stated that they would.

After contanting him, I managed to convince him to ship the correct items right away, as long as I could provide proof of purchase of return shipping, which I did.

He wouldn't pay return shipping, but offered store credit, eventhough Czech law states he must pay shipping, since he is at fault.

Two days have passed and the items have not shipped.

I am very disappointed since it was a pretty big order, that can't be used because of the wrong batteries.

Good experience

Ordered 2 batteries for my Radiomaster pocket. Price was good and shipping fast. I have zero regrets and can only recommend

Delays and issues

Product aside, the customer service experience was very disappointing. Delays and issues were fully blamed on the customer. Not recommended.

We’re truly sorry that your order took longer than expected to reach you. Your order was placed on December 22, during the peak holiday period, when courier services across Europe unfortunately experience significant overload and delays beyond our direct control.

We want to clarify that the shipment was dispatched from our side on time, however the delay occurred during transport with the courier. That said, we understand that as a customer, the overall experience matters most - regardless of where the delay happened.

I purchased an item from these people

I purchased an item from these people but the delivery people they used were very unreliable but when contacted about non delivery I received answer they would resend parcel with a different courier I would recommend this company to anyone.

Reasonable.

April 27 i made a purchase on their site, that has been shipped 2 days later.
They sent it trough a polish company that gave it to HRP to make the delivery in Italy.
May 7 HRP stated a false delivery on their tracking, i tried to reach them for days with no results at all, then i notified the problem to Hobby Drone as they are by law the only ones that could actually interact with the carrier customer service.
They told me to wait for a response from the carrier, avoiding to answer clearly to my many mails until today, when they stated that the delivery has been signed.
Lucky me they have been so naive to send me a copy of the receipt, with a very false signature on it.
Too bad my signature is present on a very large number of documents, as I did show to them by sending a copy of my ID with my signature on it (very different from the one on the document they have).

They just messed with me for a month, making the scenario even worse, cause i have not just been robbed of my money, but i still need the stuff i needed more than one month ago.

I don't blame them for the problem itself but they got all they need to get a refund from the delivery company, that's what they should do, and then refund me; this is how things work.

EDIT: it took a couple of months and a lot of e-mails, but they did refund me of my money.

Received broken item, no support

Good choice on the website, but I received mulfunctioned FPV goggles. It took more than 2 weeks to get a response from the support and a month more to get the replacement.

Great stock of Radiomaster and Holybro hardware

Great stock of drone related hardware, especially if you are looking for Radiomaster or Holybro (Pixhawk) products. Finally a store in EU where you can find everything you need to build almost any kind of autonomous or FPV drone.
They dispatched everything very quickly, all information & communication was in english (I'm not from CZ), and the delivery was quick as well (again, outside of CZ).
I'll definitely return.
