Never had any problems and all orders have been filled and delivered in good time and excellently packed .

I am new to modeling so was interested in their product. I have bought the sander which seems OK. Time will tell if it was a good buy.

Hobbyist Haven delivered an item that had a manufacturing problem. It was a high quality tool and I suspect the supplier’s quality control slipped. With speed and courtesy Hobbyist Haven replaced it without a problem. Highly recommended shop for useful tools and accessories.i for one will be back…

For the most part Hobbyisthaven is a great source for model building tools and supplies. I build RC aircraft ranging from 5 ft to 12 ft wingspans using balsa, foam, carbon fibre and film coverings. I have found a number of unique tools that really assist in building. Quality is always excellent, delivery good and service is great on the rare occasion something is not quite right.

It’s an excellent precision tool which any modelmaker should see as a must to add to his toolbox. Highly recommended.

Hobbyisthaven is a great shop for serious model-builders and tabletop crafters. I have purchased flocking and huge (30+ cm) trees from Hobbyisthaven and they always process the order quickly, and the items arrive within a week even in my remote area. The quality couldn't be better.

I got a 3D printer...
Christmas 2024 I got a 3D printer that was on my list. It's woke up a creative side of me that's been asleep for quite awhile. Of course if yo print something you more than likely have to prep and paint it, especially if it's a single style. I struggled for sometime trying to find the right tools and products to use which meant a lot of YouTube. Next problem, what to try and where to get it.
There are hundreds of sites, and different products. I found in prep I like Dspaie. A little hard to find until I found Hobbyist Heaven. They have the full catalog available to get and some others I'm trying as well. The first order went so much easier than most. Confirmation, updates and then receipt of order. It was a great experience, in fact I just placed another order with notes on some items I'll order soon. It should be this easy for everything.

Order at your own risk, I ordered 3 items almost a month ago. Many status emails but still haven’t received. Last status was June 30th saying it cleared customs. Despite repeated attempts I get no answer other than an automated email saying they are looking into it.

I ordered three things. Many acknowledgements of my order and status were sent to me. Weeks later, a notice said they attempted delivery but were unsuccessful. What happened? No explanation, I asked them to try again and next day two items arrived. One was nothing I had ordered, (60% of the order) and the third item has never been received. Communication has stopped. One item out of three received, not trying that again>
