I would like to share my extremely disappointing experience with Hoea Forex.
45 days ago, i transferred $200,000 to my Hoea Forex investment account. Shortly after that, my account was suddenly blocked by them. Since then, I have been completely unable to access my money.
What makes this situation even worse is the total lack of communication from them. For 45 days, I have not received any clear explanation about why my account was blocked or when it will be unblocked. Their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, which is unacceptable for a financial institution that is supposed to protect and support its customers.
