Our recent weekend getaway to the 6-bedroom villa @252 Deppners Rd in Blake Lee, Pennsylvania, hosted by HolidayKeepers was nothing short of magical. Even though the weather didn't cooperate and rain persisted throughout our stay, the amazing amenities provided by this host company kept our spirits high and our family thoroughly entertained.

From the moment we stepped foot into the villa, it was evident that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The six bedrooms were not only beautifully designed but also incredibly spacious, allowing our family to spread out and relax in style. It was a perfect blend of luxury and coziness.

The amenities were an absolute game-changer, especially given the rainy weather. The indoor hot tub provided a warm haven where we could relax and unwind, feeling like we were in our private spa. The indoor swimming lane was a hit with the kids. And the games room, loaded with options like pool, shuffleboard table, board games, kept us all engaged and having a blast. Pac-man arcade game brought back all the good childhood memories .

The indoor movie theater was the true star of the show, though. We turned the gloomy weather outside into an opportunity for family movie night and dance competition with Just Dance on the Nintendo Switch. The comfy seating and the popcorn machine cart made it feel like a true cinematic experience, right in the villa.

What truly stood out during our stay was the incredible service provided by the host company. They were incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs, ensuring that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. It's clear that they genuinely care about their guests' satisfaction.

Most importantly, our kids absolutely fell in love with this property. Despite the rainy weather, they never once complained or felt bored, thanks to all the fantastic amenities. In fact, they were so smitten with the villa that they didn't want to leave when our weekend came to an end.

Thanks to Shatrughan, Elizabeth and the HolidayKeepers team for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

We stayed at the Deppners Road property – beautiful, spotless property with all amenities. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Wil definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience! Plan on going back next yr. Few minor issues that was able to be fixed once we pointed them out (shower, blanket, doo knobs). I hope the blankets are a little bit cleaner next yr.
Regardless, when the sun hits the pool, it makes you forget and appreciate the property.
I would suggest having someone there showing the do's and dont's of the house once ppl get there. It would make things easier for everyone.

We as a family stayed at the Deppners property. I must say they are big in cleanliness. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless. A small issue in the pool was fixed as soon as we mentioned. It was a great experience at this property especially with family.
The hostess Ms. Elizabeth is a sweetheart, she handled all our calls and the little pool issue nicely.
We are definitely celebrating my birthday there next summer.

We rented the house in palmerton,1735 strohl valley rd,the place was amazing we enjoyed in pool/jacuzzi,the staff was very helpful and nice,we will definitely come enjoy again

Yo, gotta give major props to HolidayKeepers for sorting us out with the Pool & Jacuzzi Mansion in Poconos. Weekend with the fam was off the charts! Oh, and get this – we left our iPad behind like dummies, but these legends found it while cleaning and shipped it back to Pittsburgh. 🙌 Only gripe? WiFi was a bit shaky. Still, huge thanks to the HolidayKeepers crew for making it epic – we'll be back for sure! 🎉🏊‍♂️

Rented 2 houses for a weekend vacation only to end up using one of them. A/C did not work, the showers and sinks would sometimes run dirty murky water, we had to boil for clean drinkable water. contacted the owner only to be told they would send somebody and no one showed up. Their way of compensation was to push our check out a few hours later when we had asked them to at least refund half of what we paid for renting both houses. Horrible way to spend our vacation.

We rented “174 Acre Luxury Mansion with Private Pool” in Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania for our parents 80th birthdays. In total there were 22 of us staying for 3 nights. Although we enjoyed the sitting area outside, that accommodated all of us and the indoor bar area, this house was not maintained well. The lawn was not cut and the grass was up to our calves in spots, the “beautifully maintained trails” were overgrown. There was broken glass on the ground around the fire pit. Upon arrival the pool wasn’t clear and we were told it was caused by the well, but was swimmable. By day two the pool was green. The property manger came and took a sample of the water, and added chemicals but it remained unusable. TV’s were hung in the house but the cords didn’t reach the outlets. One of the hot tubs was broken and the other was filthy. The air hockey table had no puck and the foosball table had no ball.There was no hot water for showers. The worst part was the air conditioning was broken in most of the house. When asked for it to be fixed we were told the AC company was supposed to have come a few days before our arrival but they were too busy. Had we known this in advance we could’ve brought fans as we had elderly and medically fragile people with us.

These are just some of the issues we encountered. After weeks of going back and forth with Holiday Keepers, we were finally given a refund of only $1700. Considering we paid over $12,000, we believe they could have done better than that for us. I would not recommend using this company as the customer service is subpar.

Holidaykeepers is the best to book houses from. I used to always book through airbnb, but after finding out about HK I have never went back to airbnb. I’ve booked 3 houses in the last 9 months and every single experience was amazing. Houses were very clean and welcoming. The host was extremely helping in answering any questions/concerns we had. The checkin/checkout process was very smooth. I will always be booking from them.

Our stay at 1700 Jumper road was more than incredible. The property was as serene as it can get with a waterfall in their backyard!! The amenities were a nice touch to our stay as we frequented the tennis court and the pool/hot tub. The place was spotless upon first entry as well, everything seemed to be very well kept. Overall, great stay, will be recommending holiday keepers.

We stayed at 1700 Jumper Rd PA… in the photos rooms had giant tvs … a home movie theater … when we get there some of the tvs werent close enough to and outlet so couldnt be used … just props it seems . The tvs that did have power had no remotes no access without trying to mirror from phone . They brought in portable ac units . But there weren’t any exhaust tubes to connect to windows so the front of the unit blew out cool air while the back was blowing out hot air into the room … useless . Property
Landscape was not mowed . Pool …,,, jacuzzi dirt.No hot water. Everyone had to take cold showers…. Sections of the house outlets weren’t working … while there they had to send electrician to replace a breaker . After looking up reviews after we were disgusted with what we got compared to what was advertised we discovered same issues were posted years before . Nothing resolved . We did receive a small refund . Overall BEWARE !!!! Stay away !!!!!

The house has great natural lightening and is large but I would never stay again. Im not sure if we stayed at a house that has been neglected compared to the upkeep of your other homes but this one does not amount to the ratings you have as a company. For the amount of money you pay per night, it's not worth it. When we book a house, we always look for a hot tub, when we arrived and started checking stuff out we noticed the hot tub isn't working.
I reach out about it and I'm given a number to call. The woman on the phone states it hasn't been working. So why weren't we notified of this? A hot tub is a selling point. This is false advertisement. She then proceeds to say since we didn't stay the full night (it's almost 7pm) we could leave and find a new place. There were 16 of us! Talk about poor hospitality.
On top of it throughout the whole house, there are 5 wash clothes. If you put in your message that there are clean towels and linens, there should be enough for every guest. Prior to arrival you asked how many people would be staying so that's what you should plan for. I then make a comment that that's what they do in hotels and the reply is this isn't a hotel and not everyone uses wash clothes. This is a joke right?
I asked what type of coffee machine is at the house and on arrival that wasn't even right!
A screen to the window is broke. The oven is broke and I'm told you'll fix it after our stay. How about sending someone now so we can use it to cook food?!

The pictures do not match. The beds are not the same. The furnishings are not what is in the house. Another sign of false advertisement. We had to do some adjustments to accommodate people because some of the rooms have switched up to what beds are in there and it's not stated on the website that changes have been made.
Since the beds are changed, we had to use the pull out couches. Since the couches turn into beds, you'd assume linens come for them since linens are provided but no. They did not. And let me tell you, the upstairs pull out couch is disgusting with staining.

How can you be a proper renter if you cannot keep your information up to date?
After booking is when I realized it is a company that runs this house so I know next time to always stick to private renters because they are more accommodating, understanding and there for the guests. This is the most money we have to put out for a house and received the worse treatment. Everytime I reached out about different things, I never was told how they could make it up to us.

NOW looking back at the site, they've updated their pictures AFTER my complaint trying to get my money back acting like everything was in order.

This is the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. The house was dirty, filled with loose dirt, nails, cockroaches (!), and stained sheets/mattresses. It was not suitable for any visitors, and matched none of the listing’s photos in reality. When I called to inform Holiday Keepers that it was unacceptable, they berated me and cursed at me. These people are swindlers without a local presence. Don’t trust them! They’re trying to skirt around Air BnB by offering discounts if you book on their site - don’t do it! Horrendous. 0/10 rating.

I forgot my wallet at a house in the pocconos and i had a really positive experience getting it back, the person i spoke with over text was very nice and agreed to mail my wallet to me. overall, had a great time at the house and the owner is really nice!

We rented the house on deppners Road for a family get together. This place is amazing. Big spacious a warm pool jacuzzi pool table and more. The staff is fabulous and will go the extra mile to make your stay feel like home. We really enjoyed and will definitely stay here again. Amazing company to work with.

Their lake front house in Lake Harmony is 👌🏻 Enjoyed our stay and the host was welcoming! Offered us a complimentary wine bottle. A perfect place for a romantic getaway!☺️

I was trying to book through airbnb, but the host told me to book through this website, and we booked here with discounted prices than airbnb. The farmhouse was a huge property and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
