Ordered a big order worth over $500 in December. Have contacted the inquiry email and no reply. Have emailed 4-5 times and it seems they have not even processed my order as the shipment company has not received order number.

Feeling ripped off !!! Do not order from here

Placed an order in early March. Got a tracking number a two days later. The tracking number never moved from awaiting shipment. Contacted the company and got an email 3 days later saying they were sorry and they would contact their fulfilment team. Its now the 27th and have received no update. The phone number listed on their site does not work.

This company has refused to deliver the product I paid for over a month ago and refuses to refund my money. I have all activities documented and will be turning all information over to FTC and the BBB along with my states AG for states consumer protection office. If you cannot give me my product or refund then this business can deal with being labeled fraudulent. Order placed 2 Feb. 2026, month and a half later, still nothing.

I should of read the reviews before purchasing. This site is a scam. I ordered and the label was created but never picked up and it has been over 3 weeks since I ordered. I wanted a refund but they would not give one.

I placed an order Feb 25, 2026 I have yet to receive my package! They posted a tracking number but it’s been no update on shipment! I’ve even reached out to USPS they have yet to receive the item for shipment! I’ve sent several emails and they keep giving me excuses no resolution! They don’t respond back in a timely manner when you contact them! DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY!

I wish I could give zero stars! I placed my order on 2/10/26. A label with tracking information was generated on 2/11/26. Here we are on 3/5/26 and the tracking says awaiting item! Contacted their customer service on 3/3/26 and haven’t heard anything back from them. The phone number they have listed on their website is not a working number and it is out of Groveport, OH. The company store is supposedly based out of Sheridan, WY 82801,USA but on my credit card statement the money went to San Jose, CA

I ordered from this company and received my supplements promptly. I liked the shilajit gummies so ordered again and I subscribed to the repeat service and added some other things to my order like nitric oxide gummies and sea moss. It was 95 dollars. I placed the order on October 26 and it is still in preshipment. I have emailed them countless times. They have responded twice offering no real help. I’d give this a zero star if that was an option.

I placed my order on 11/11/2025, I still haven’t received my order. I believe this is a scam. I ordered from Black Thai Honey and received my order within 4 day’s. Holistic Hercules customer service is terrible too. Everyone beware of this scam company.

Terrible service made an order over a month ago never got past pre shipment status no refund to boot. Sent 4 or 5 emails with no response.

I never received my initial order. At the time of the 1st order I informed the company that I didnt want a sub subscription untill I have used the products to see if they worked for me. My request was ignored and I was billed the following month. I have not received my items that I ordered in September it is now the end of October and I have no product or my refund for what I paid for

I purchased this honey sticker but I didn't received it 20 days ago

I ordered on September 10, 2025, spend over 200$ it is now, October 13th and still no delivery , no order, . Customer service is via email
And they respond with generic apologies but still no product! No refund! Nothing

Spent 200+ haven't got update since 9 days ago when preshipment label was created. Have emailed no responses phone number provided just a voicemail option, left no response. Sooo pissed grrrrrr

I spent $100 on quite a bit of their stuff. I paid almost 3 weeks ago and still no package. I've reached out multiple times about the update on the shipping, because on my end it still says pre-shipment and usps is waiting to receive the package. Now I'm just trying to get my money back but no one is answering any messages.

Placed an order August 26th items still says in pre shipment a whole week later, I’ve sent 2 emails with no response. Should’ve googled reviews first before trying to purchase that would’ve saved me time and money. Definitely don’t recommend doing any business with them

These people are amazing. I ordered 1 and got a bonus of an extra bag. It only took about 3/4 days. I'm glad I found this and I'm looking forward to purchasing again in the future.
