Customer service is top notch! I ordered online and it was easy to use but I did have a small concern which they were quick to address. They have a good variety of items needed for semi-hydroponics and prices were very reasonable (I’m an Amazon shopper and a couple of items were well below Amazon prices).
I won’t go into detail but I did have an issue with my delivery and timing which had very little to do with Holland industry but because of these issues, Holland industry went way above and beyond to make things right with me. I would highly recommend this company.

They don't need the business and they don't care about their customers.

I asked them to ship through a specific courier and not through Canada Post, they completely ignored the notes in my order.

Got an email saying my order had shipped on the 12, the sipper says they only got it on the 15 at 2 in the afternoon.

Customer service was polite, but unable or unwilling to resolve my issue. I have to wait for the delivery to fail and then force them to return my money through my credit card company.

Like I said at the beginning, they don't need the business and it shows in the way they treat their customers.

I can't recommend them. My product is sitting on some truck frozen, and Canada Post will not even attempt to deliver at my address, they've always been that way, you have to pick-up your parcel at the post office, they don't deliver., lol.

Update:

I have to be fair, I did end-up getting my delivery and it did not appear to be frozen when I received it, although I would not be surprised if it had frozen during the week it it spent getting here.

Unfortunately they were very unsupportive with my response to use a courier of my choice, forcing me to pay for a Canada Post delivery ($22). Lot's of contact with emails through their customer support, but it was a very frustrating experience. I don't think they take precautions for their products freezing during transport and they are unwilling to be flexible with the companies they use to ship their products.

I got my order, but it was by far one of the most frustrating experiences. There are so many options on the internet, lot's of competition. They should learn to listen to their customers. Shipping fees are way too high, and they use the cheapest delivery options available to them.

I got my delivery, but in the future, I will not order from them again, there are a lot of options out there with much better service and more reasonable shipping rates with better courier companies that actualy deliver to your address instead of dumping your package at their depot (Canada Post, Purolator, ....).
