I have been a customer of Hollywood bets for almost 10 years now , but I’m clearly disappointed how they treat their customers,my account was blocked without a warning when I wanted to withdraw my funds and I was told it was under audit.i sent all the required documents they needed and it’s now a month without it being resolved. I have been calling each day and I’m being told the same response there is no feed back from the relevant department.its now tiring how can an account be audited over a month.im truly not satisfied at all.

Thanks for your reply and in response to your unacceptable, poor respose, dont care reply.

Hollywood Bets is unfair to its patronage and it was best that I refrain from dealing with unfair practises and will never encourage anyone to open or deal with Hollywood bets.

You should refrain from the word addiction, and stop making recommendations on patfons money or welfare decisions and rather focus on customer service excellence and support and put more effort and listen, yes listen to the customers concern.

This has been a horific experience having dealt with you for decades and I certainly have a problem with Hollywood Bets and how they operate and listen, consider the customers view.

I might as well deal with yojr opposition, whom may treat me more fairly and importantly listen to a customer.

Good day - it is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional to note the avoidance of this matter with no action nor correspondence in this regard.

I can safely say that I have total reservations around dealing with Hollywoobets. Total disappointment, to the point toeven closing the account and go with WSB, who are more visible and consistent.

Words cannot display the height of disappointment and the total dissatisfaction after patronising Hollywood Bets for decades.

Shocking to say the least, no true / accurate visibility.

I spend more than R2000 lately every month but I dont win. Painful part Im saving to open a daycare if I was buying things bit by bit is better. From today Im done with spina zonke scam

I lose everyday, not even a single day, if i withdraw it's a big mistake i will lose all the money and end up losing all the money i withdrew, so today I'm playing for the last time and im going to close my account permanently. I had an issue where I wanted to withdraw the credit on the account and this was top up credit. They mentioned I cannot withdraw this as their policies and regulations. First call with Agent was okay but I needed to know if I could have any other options for this. I was then passed to TL which traumatise me and felt unsafe. I felt like you guys promote gambling addict and im really scared of what I just went through thinking of how many people are forced to participate for your own benefit. Worse your customer service team makes it worse, they make sure you are insulted in the process.

Listen to the call how sarcastic it was and for your knowledge, I topped up not knowing that I won't be able to withdraw. The voucher was from the gift card I got from work and was willing to convert it to money for christmas things for my kids as we only get paid month end. You did not just ruin my plans for my kids but you made my first experience with you very traumatic , I hope my complaint with HELLO Peter will make sense but please listen to the call I might be over judging.

On the 13 December I made a deposit to my account and won 17200 then Hollywood decided to suspend my account and told
Me to send proof of my deposits I did that but until now my issue haven’t been resolved and haven’t got my money until now my question is why are they suspecnding it while I made some withdrawal isn’t a daily light robbery I keep on calling everyday day with no response they keep on saying 48hrs

I have been playing Hollywood bets for a while thinking it would be fruitful as a few other people recommend and I encouraged my family to sign up as well however they seem to be more of a scam as you either win very little which is nothing even close to the amount deposited or you don't win even a little and in this month it has been so bad that there has been no wining at all from everyone that I know who plays Hollywood so they are definitely just scamming their clients there are no payouts happening. I will be removing Hollywood bets and I will be encouraging all those who still play to remove them also and I will recommend another site as I have already signed up on a better one!!!!
