Majot scam with deceptive pracrices

They update spin zonka game over night and turn of rewards

I try to fica my documents,it's says complete bt still when I make withdrawal says upload

Hollywood bets has not given me a single return in months....i deposit every single time I'm talking about 800 to 1000 deposit every time...and I can't even catch a single feature....i am not happy and they should be reported seriously no one can play out 1000 spins and not trigger a feature on difrnt games....this is not fair really disapointed

I have made an eft withdrawal on the 6th and I'm still waiting on the 9th. Evertime they just say the escalating team is on it but never ever comes in. They don't care about customers or try to resolve it at all.... worst casino ever by a landslide

There is no chance of winning really. After some time your games just doesn't pay out anymore. Understanding the fact that there is a chance you may lose but not with every single deposit. They are paying out very small amounts but bigger deposits and bigger bets will eat your money. No decent wins even with regular bigger deposits and bigger bets. So there is no use trying your luck.

Hollywoodbets is a waste of time ,they keep adding new games for nothing 😌no free spins ,no big pay outs and they always running promotion 🙄 you can play the promotion from last year and still win maybe 2rand Hollywoodbets

Very good platform just disappointed they removed 9+ goals that's out bread and butter man

My hollywoodbets account is blocked

My experience with Hollywoodbets has been nothing but a nightmare. I made a deposit and accidentally entered the wrong account number. I immediately contacted support, and instead of helping me resolve it, they kept piling on the most ridiculous list of documents and requirements you can imagine.

First they wanted a bank statement — which I sent. Then they refused it because it was in Afrikaans — a legal and official language in South Africa! Since when is your own country’s language not good enough for proof?

I tried again with the correct account number and even that deposit never showed in my Hollywoodbets account. Again, I was asked for affidavits, certified ID, screenshots, payment confirmations, proof from my bank, and more. It’s like they’re doing everything possible to avoid giving me my own money back.

I’m tired of being treated like a criminal for trying to use their platform. The support is not helpful, just copy-paste responses and new demands each time you reply.

I’ve wasted time, money, and effort. No other betting site I’ve used has ever made such a mess out of a simple deposit.

Hollywoodbets, get your act together. South Africans deserve better than this.

Regards.

Terrible service, they give you the run around for documentation if you don't put correct reference number, even if you send POP ETC. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

My account was suspended after trying to make a withdrawal , which was declined.
After two weeks of speaking to agents daily telling me my account was being audited and telling me documents I've submitted have been sent to relevant departments ( also assuring me I should not visit one of their branches )
I went to a branch and later the day spoke again to one of the agents to get a follow up. I was notified that my documents were only submitted once I went into the branch.

Very poor service , agents lie to you and don't do their job and also don't seem like they know what their doing

had money in my hollywood account it all vanished..made countless withdrawals still haven't received the money ..customer service also not helpful..they keep on saying there is no trace i think we should report it

Never join Hollywoodbets, They locked my account and its been 5 days now. They say its under Audit but they don't tell me what for. i'm unable to bet. STAY AWAY.

Everyone get together let's close this suckers down

Im so disappointed in Hollywoodbets service.. I have withdrawn R2000 on my EFT on the 10th of June. Ive called a million times and send you guys 100 emails, no one is willing to assist get my money back. Each time I call they promise me that it will be in an hour then 24 then 48 hours, ive been waiting for all those hours but nothing is coming through still have not received my money back. They have asked me for my bank statement of witch i have provided but still no help. I really do need that money. It might not seem a lot to u but R2000 to me its a lot. I even called my bank and I was told that there is no blockage in preventing my money to come through. How much longer should i wait??? The last consultant i spoke to just hang up on me..
