Purchased pokemon cards and they never arrived. I bought three booster bundles boxes and the seller never sent them or said anything about the order or responded to any of my emails. Do not buy from this company. It is a scam and steals money.

SCAMMERS !! Been waiting for more then one month for a refund , they kept telling me 14 working days but nothing!!! Don’t buy from them I’ve been very stupid I’m still waiting for refund from my bank and I don’t know if I’m gonna get it , pls tell me how you managed 🙏

The shop front is a scam. Please check the other reviews. I ordered before looking on here, then requested a refund, which was granted, monies to be received back within 14 days. Didnt hear from them again.

Don’t waste your time with these bums they are out here trying to scam. Be aware that once you make your order you won’t get your item nor will you get a refund you will have to go through the process with your credit card company to get your charge back from these scumbags.

I placed my order on October 6, 2025 and 2 days after, I did not see any movement and so I reached out to them to ask when they are shipping my order out. They were fast replying to my email saying they won't ship my order until November 14. I asked them if they can cancel my order instead since I badly needed my products and again, they replied fast cancelling my order. However, it is October 19 now and no refund has been sent back. I sent them an e-mail asking for the status and they do not reply to my e-mails anymore and so I am filing a charge back. DO NOT ORDER from this website, it is a scam! I am a Pokémon content creator and I am exposing them.

Ordered mega evolutions etb . Reviews were at a 4.3 .. ff to now had no invoice receipt , no pending order with holobooster account . Emailed and was messed around only to be told the order was under Michael not Mike … weird …. Was promised delivery in one week maximum . Asked for shipping and or tracking number , was met with crickets …. Emailed again 3 days later . Provided relevant info to monzo , refunded two hours later . Complete and utter scam artist . The man behind it does the same thing with previous companies . If you request a refund or a cancellation they will absolutely not honour it or even reply . Anyone with an outstanding order email requesting a refund for proof you attempted mediation and start charge back proceedings immediately

AVOID! This company isn’t a company, and simply a money laundering and stealing service operated by one person! Never fulfils orders, makes excuses for slow delivery and return of funds. Had to go through my bank to get the money back! This poor excuse of a human is taking advantage of people’s eagerness for the products and never delivery. Will be reporting to the authorities as well

Unfortunately at the time of buying the reviews where a mix of good and bad but since then the fake ones, which where the only good ones, have been taken down. Ordered on the 8th, told by the end of the week, it's now a new week and nothing. Also done a lot of searching and found they done the exact same with with a company around this time last year. from jan-dec then closed it down. It was the same in every way apart from the name. Now they open this one and only have the certificate until the 13th of november so i assume that's when they'll shut down shop and start it back up next year. I have a lot of free time so will be contacting the french fraud prevention.

Cancelled an order 2 weeks ago still haven’t received my refund and email them and no answer.

Ordered a small item as well as a large pre order item about 3 weeks ago. I got a pre shipment tracking for the small item, it has not shipped yet but I will say their customer replies almost immediately. They said they will ship the items together which makes sense since I’m in the US. All these reviews have me worried but I’m going to be a little more patient. If I get my order shipped when promised then I will gladly give 5 stars.

This is a scam site they are not actually providing any products. I made the poor decision to buy what I thought was a good deal, bit don;t seem likely to see anything. Just chargeback your credit card.
