HoloGrowth was engaged to support paid media management and assist with improvements to existing account and feed issues that were already present at the start of the partnership. Throughout the engagement, our team provided ongoing account management, recommendations, communication, and reporting. For that reason, the suggestion that there was no meaningful oversight, reporting, or delivery is not consistent with the records of the project.
It is also important to clarify that paid advertising performance is influenced by a range of factors beyond campaign management alone, including product-market fit, pricing, website conversion rate, offer strength, and inventory/feed conditions. Publicly attributing broader business losses solely to agency management is therefore misleading.
With regard to the commercial aspect, the agreement included a contractual notice period for termination. That notice period was not observed. Even so, in an effort to resolve the matter professionally and amicably, we waived the final invoice rather than escalate the dispute further.
We take client service and quality control seriously, and we retain detailed records of work delivered, account activity, and communications. We stand by the professionalism and good-faith efforts of our team throughout this engagement.
While it is clear that this partnership did not end as either party would have wanted, we reject the characterization presented in this review.
