I had an extremely disappointing experience with HomeBar UK, and I would strongly caution others before ordering from them.
I purchased a bar during a time-sensitive building project and was originally offered delivery on Wednesday 8th April. As this would have caused delays to my work, I asked if an earlier delivery was possible. I was told they could accommodate delivery on Friday 3rd April—but only if I paid an additional £100, doubling the delivery charge from £100 to £200. Reluctantly, I agreed, purely to avoid disruption to my project timeline.
Given that the requested delivery date fell on a bank holiday, I even followed up to confirm that this had been accounted for and that delivery would definitely go ahead as promised. I received clear assurance that it would.
On the day of delivery, I was then informed—at the last minute—that they were unable to get my order onto the van and that delivery would instead take place the following Wednesday. This was five days later than promised and, crucially, the exact date I would have accepted in the first place without paying the additional £100.
I accepted the revised delivery date but quite reasonably requested a refund of the extra £100, as I was no longer receiving the expedited service I had paid for. What followed was frankly appalling. HomeBar UK denied that the additional payment was for early delivery, instead claiming it was merely to “move the order up the line.” This is completely untrue. At no point was this explanation given prior to payment—the entire discussion was explicitly about securing an earlier delivery date.
Despite clearly explaining the situation and referencing the full chain of communication, my correspondence has simply been ignored. No resolution, no accountability—just silence.
This is not just poor service; it feels deliberately misleading. I paid a premium for a service that was not delivered, and instead of rectifying the issue, the company has attempted to rewrite the terms after the fact.
For a company selling high-value items, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend HomeBar UK to anyone expecting reliability, transparency, or basic professionalism.

A while ago, I booked a table for 10. I have received an email from Home bar & kitchen with a confirmation of my enquiry and also a member of the staff will be in touch with me soon. Nothing has happened for the last 10 days. Until today I have received an email that my booking was cancelled. To my disbelief of this cancellation, I called the manager. He said I was supposed reply to this enquiry and make another enquiry to pay a deposit! I read him the previous email and asked where it says to send another enquiry to this enquiry email.
Basically this booking system doesn’t make sense, it confuses consumers and to my disbelief, this manager didn’t try to help me. Nothing but arrogant.
I am a new consumer and this completely put me off ever going to this restaurant.
Great design, substantive materials and well constructed.
Could have left site a little cleaner but overall very happy with the experience.

I even provided feedback and they asked for another opportunity to get it right. Surprisingly, it was even worse. Proposed design invoice not sent, calls not returned. So I gave up in the end having wasted 3 months engaging (or not) with them. Their product may be good (I won't ever know) but their customer service is diabolical.

From the initial contact e-mail, through various phone calls to discuss and then the face-to-face briefing...all the way to construction on site and the final installation and handover...the team met our every expectation...timing, service, quality and cleanliness...absolutely perfect.
...and they designed and contructed a fabulous bar for us too!
Overall really pleased with the outcome. The only fault I have was the finishing touches could have gone smoother
Our flat pack bars that have been produced by Home-bar-uk were excellent & we are really happy with the end product.
The Oak Finish of the bars definitely give our bars a rustic feel which is perfect for our business model.
Communication was excellent from Laura with regards to the delivery & production.

All our requirements were listened to, suggestions made ref improvements and we now have a great statement bar which complements our large kitchen. We asked for a specific colour, the match was perfect. Skilled workmanship 100%, time and dedication making sure the fit was perfect.

Great customer service from Adam and the team. Kept me informed all through the process. As this was a very bespoke bar Adam gave me a variety of different options to chose from. All ran smoothly from initial design to manufacture and installation. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Home Bar UK provided an exceptional service which produced an amazing Art Deco Bar which is truly fantastic.
I am used to giving the client an outstanding service and Home Bar UK have done just that.
From the very start, their designers worked closely with me to realise my design into the work of art that it is.
They are true professionals, this continued right through to the installation by their expert craftsmen.
I would use Home Bar UK again without exception and have already recommended them to friends and family who themselves have since commissioned their own bars -Charlie Mullins OBE.

Our experience from the beginning to end has been fantastic. Not only are we delighted with our new bar but the service and after service has been first class. The sales process was slick and unlike so many companies nowadays these guys do exactly what they said they would when they said they would do it. The reaction to our new bar from family and friends has been wonderful!
