Extremely disappointed with the service provided.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Home-in.
The person handling my application caused unnecessary delays due to a clear misunderstanding. I was told I needed to submit a signed contract, yet the app only has one section labelled “Submit Contract of Sale,” which I had already completed. At this stage I’m still negotiating terms—so why would I submit a signed contract? It makes no sense, especially if the purpose is for review.
Because of this, my application was effectively halted for almost a full day, which in this market is unacceptable and could potentially cost me the property.
What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of follow-up. There was no attempt to chase things up or provide updates—it was simply left sitting there for a day or two with no communication.
Given the urgency involved in property transactions, this level of service is not acceptable. Based on my experience, the low ratings you see on Trustpilot (around 1–2 stars) are not surprising.
I’ll be leaving a formal complaint as well.
