Thanks for the review, greatly appreciated, and we hope the Jalo Lento smoke alarm looks great in situ, a photo would be fantastic, just something simple on a mobile phone if ever you have a moment. Don't forget to mount only the ceiling and also to clean gently round the fins once a year or so to remove any dust or, perhaps worse, small spiders!!

There was clear pictures of the item and I received a small discount which is excellent. I wanted a smallish outdoor fire pit and this hit the mark. Excellent quality, does not blow out in wind, the glass does not move and the five burners give off a gentle heat. If you want more heat you would have to purchase a log or coal burner. I did not want this!
The quality is there for a table top fire pit, so so easy to use. Very happy with product. Other sites do sell this particular Phillipi item at a much higher cost. Excellent value although small but needs to stand on a table top. Thank you

The kind of service other people don't offer anymore
I ordered an item from here which was severely delayed due to the issues in the strait of Hormuz. As soon as there was an issue, Homearama called me (!) and followed up with personal emails from a real human (!) to keep me up to date on the expected delivery date. They gave me multiple opportunities for a refund, but I declined as there was no rush on my order (and not many other places sell it). Now the item has arrived I am really happy with it, it's lovely and exactly what I was hoping for. Many thanks to the team for keeping my order open all this time.

Thank you for your feedback though we are, naturally, disappointed you have gone straight to a 1 star review given the circumstance. Nevertheless we completely understand your frustration and apologise for the delay with your order.
We would, however, like to clarify that when Philippi items are temporarily out of stock, this is clearly stated on the product page beneath the “Add to Basket” button, along with the expected lead time before dispatch. In this case, the notice advised that new stock was on its way to our warehouse and that dispatch would take approximately 5–7 working days plus the courier time.
Unfortunately, the incoming shipment from Germany was then delayed in customs, since Brexit this continues to happen and frustrate us, which also meant we were later than we would have liked in updating you on the revised timescale, and for that we sincerely apologise. (We did however upgrade your courier delivery to next day as opposed to 3-5 days)
We work very hard to maintain strong stock availability across a wide range of products and always aim to communicate expected delivery times as clearly as possible. We genuinely appreciate your patience and your feedback, which helps us continue to improve our service.

HomeArama couldn't supply the item I wanted straight away but informed me about that. The item was then sent at the time they had stated. The item was well packed and I am very pleased with the Bosign mirror.
I would definitely order from this company again.
