He went out of his way to assist me in finding the correct part for my Defy washing machine, even after others had told me it was not possible to repair. Great service received on the chat line, they helped me describe the item I was looking for without any part number or reference, it was sold out and they were great enough to offer to order it for me. They contacted me again within a few days letting me know that I could order it and the order and delivery was seamless. Great job!!
